yeah, I use to struggle with that one but I figured if you just rub all the buttons franticly the bar just shoots up. I get it pretty much every time now.

The max test your sight is quite difficult. You get about halfway through it and then you go "shit, I lost it!!" :).

i broke the diamond once and never have since then and i thikn the first time i broke it was the first time i played the game. talk about begginers luck

But haven't managed to break diamond in test your might yet, although have only tried once.

i never have trouble, just click on R1 or L1 when you get it to the bar.

i did it and it was easy but it nothin' special whaen you do it, the characters think it is though. hehe

Sure, no sweat, the only problem is when I do that often my nuckles start to hurt a little, other than that it's really no problem.

I'm not so good at it, what's the best technique on a PS2? hittin/rubbin all 4 buttons with fingers, knuckles or anything else?

on game cube its eazy start at 4 seconds and push a,b,x at the same time with three fingers then with one finger push y it helps alot

i never failed a test your might so far.. really easy. For PS2: just put 4 fingers on the 4 buttons and push them up & down really fast, make like short spastic motions with your hand, and press R2 when it hits the bar. I always put my controller on my leg and push the buttons, piece of cake!

im only up to iron :( cant break the bastards, n im on ps2 as well

Well, I'd say that the best strategy for Iron and Diamond is basically to, around 2 seconds left to the end, start mashing the 4 attack buttons really fast (remember fast not hard), and keep doing it until the time ends. That way, you won't get the usual drop when you press R2. I chose 2 seconds because I realised that I peak around that time. Due to this strategy, I broke Diamond 3 times already (1 in Drahmin's Konquest). I just hope there was a way of turning TYS off, but leaving TYM on .

INK PEN. Rub it across the buttons real fast. Cheating? Nooo.

Anyone ever have a problem with Test You Might?

You start and almost immediately, your character attempts to break the item. I playing this on XBox. Kinda strange.

Plus, when is the character supposed to break the item? When time runs out or when a certain combo of buttons are pressed?

I managed to break diamond for the first time 2 nights ago! I've had the game a month!

Actually it's very damn easy to break the diamond!!

*Just start of by pressing all buttons simultanious, at a slow tempo.
*go slightly faster
*and faster
*and faster
*well you get the idea

You'll reach the bar in like 3 seconds or so.
It's that easy

The best way is to use a hard object, and rub all the buttons, then hit the block button and the diamond breakes!
