Hi-rez Onaga render generates more rumour on playability?

Despite all the contradictions, I've long been convinced that Onaga (Dragon King) will be playable in MKD. Some 'clues' would add up to this opinion. One is that he has different fighting styles. Moloch didn't, he only had about 10 moves, so he wasn't interesting enough to play as. Also, in a pic I posted in a previous topic, Onaga can be seen in what appears to be an alternate costume.
Now, they release a hi-rez render of Onaga, equalling him to all other normal, playable characters.
This raises some questions with me... how do you feel about this?

I doubt it. He's too big to become a playable character, and he's not like Shang Tsung and Quan Chi. They were the same size as the other characters and therefore, didn't have that much of an advantage while playing with them. They probably made a render of his for people that like him. I personally think he doesn't look MKish enough to be a boss, but oh well.

When i entered this thread i was convinced that theres not a chance that the DK would be playable. But the points that you stated in your thread made me believe that its a possibility. Id say theres a 20% chance he is playable cause of the points u brought up. Also, i had a thought that the only was u would see the DK win in an ending was to beat the game with Onaga himself.

That WOULD be hella cool.

Maybe when you unlock him, he is Reptile instead of the DK.

i dont know about that pimpinporkchop because i think that reptile can only be himself untill you like maybe beat it with everbody and the super unlockable characters.WAIT! WAIT! That is it. Prolly after you beat it with everbody you get reptile since the dragon king was just about beaten by everbody. so yea that just might be it.
just my 2 cents

How can u say that the Dk doesnt look Mkish? I think he fits perfectly, mainly because the Mk symbol is a Dragon. Imo Anyways, where did u see his other fighting style, i dont remember that. If u could tell me that would be cool thx.

yeah it would be good to have Onaga selectable but id say its unlikey given he would pose a online advantage. assuming his as strong as the previous bosses in the mk series.
