I just remembered reading in Konquest that Hsu Hao helped the Special Forces eliminate the Black Dragon members, except for Kano.

What do you think happened to him? Do you think they never found him?

Maybe that Jarek was made prisoner during the hunting for Black Dragon members, and that it's maybe what that allowed him to come through it...

On the other hand, I ask the same question for Kira... How has she to escape during all this time to the Special Forces and the Red Dragon?...
It will be doubtless explained in her bio...

His bio stated that he was helping the special forces track down the members, it never said he got them all.
