Well, from the way Jax's ending was in MK: DA, it looks to me like Jax ripped out the whole cybernetic heart implant and I remember it saying something like "Hsu Hao died a most painful death.". And with Jade in there being locked up, I find it kind of fishy. I think there are some things that don't quite add up to me.
I'm sure we'll find out when the game comes out.

Remember that almost in all endings, only a part of them happen, not all of it.
For example, in Jaxs ending, he could had very well defeated Hsu Hao and ripped his heart, but he could had very well survived the attack.

Ok one thing its ok to have theories about endings, but seriously, dont seriously start thinking which endings happened until there is some kinda proof, this is how confusion gets started, people state something then others hear it and spread it and pretty soon people start thinking its a fact. Its most likely Jax's ending didnt even happen.
As for the Hsu Hao picture about his cybernetic heart, I think that may just be due to the lack of picture quality, the closeup is so blurry that it would be easy for the black to cover up the red heart. Though I could be wrong on this one. Oh and anyone thinking that Hsu Hao is Quan chi in the prison stage isnt looking hard enough, you cannot mistake him for Quan Chi.
As for Jade, I think she was originally not going to be playable but then they made her a playable character and will most likely touch up the Jade in the prison with grey and make her Khameleon or something.
And I think that the guy between Kitana and Stryker is Reiko.

I don't see how Hsu Hao would have been able to survive to the rip of his heart... I remain persuaded that Jax ending has never happened...
:/

True, I could be wrong too. I guess time will tell in another video or maybe when the game is out.
But if you ask me how Hsu Hao can still be alive with no heart....well, its Mk right? i bet we all know anything is possible.

Well, rayrokka said that Hsu Hao is officially dead if I remember correctly. Now, I guess they could bring him back through resurrection or something, but don't you think that would be stupid? Hsu Hao's cybernetic heart transplant is what keeps Hsu Hao alive. Without it, he'd be dead. Maybe the MK team decided to not make Jax's ending happen. Then again, maybe it's something else. Right now, it's not really clear.
