Yes. His ending blows ass and makes no sense. To have fought and defeated Shang Tsung and Quan Chi he had to have defeated Moloch, and very likely Drahmin, who together threw him into the Soulnado...fucking bullshit. Same with Reptile's MK4 ending...How can Shinnok kill him if he just defeated Shinnok???
Well it does make sense, your sayng you want every character to fight only who he has to fight in the story?
If yes then it wouldnt make any sense at all, because if your a villan, and fight 4 good guys, why should another villan fight them if you already killed them.'
Reptiles story was that he had to fight the good guys, and thats what he did, so he gets killed\bettrayed after that. But that is if he accomplishes his missions, but he did not, according to the story. It was a scneraio thet could have happened.

The Endings in MKDA had stupid stories

Yep. Sucks big time. It ́s such an anti-climax. I hate it, too.

yeah, i dont know how many times scorpions gets beaten by quan chi in the story, i mean comeon, he shouldve kicked his arse, along with those kochheads drahmin (worst character ever) and gay arse moloch, the only reason i reckon scorpion could lose is because he lost his awesome teleport move and toasty fatality,

You gotta remember two things really
a) All the endings in MK are 'what-if' type endings
b) An ending may be an advancement on the storyline. Ii just gives more of an insight as to what happens next. So, in Reptiles MK4 ending, he didn't actually fight Shinnock. If you think about it, this makes even more sense when you finish it with Shinnock because how could he beat himself? They are story advancements and no more and sometimes don't even happen

YES and NO. We have to remember that in MK anything could happen, but, soime endings, have stuff that DOSENT contradict others, THOSE are what if endings....
Most endings are "what if..." Look, for example....Kanos, Sonyas AND Mavados endings. THOSE are "what if" cause:
1-In SOnyas, she becomes general and saves Kenshi.
2-In Kanos, HE defets Sonya, revives the Dragon Kings army, AND takes the amulet to control them.
3-In Mavados, HE kills Kano, Quan isnt dead, so the amulet is saved, and earth is doomed.
U see? U have to take the ones that DONT contradict or are the most logic ones. In these case, would be Sonyas, since, we dont know about Kano, or Mavado. The alliance is "over", and the army isnt awaked. It also shows that Jax, Cyrax and Kenshi are STILL alive, wich in any other endings, they dont show them killed or death.
If Kanos was real, then, there would be confusion, since the dragon army would be awaken, good guys dead, alliance dead, Mavado and Sonya defeted.
If Mavados was real, Kano would be dead, Quan alive, amulet save, so, Kano would had never gotten the amulet, and never defeated Sonya, Mavado or the Alliance.
Now, SCORPIONS is not a "what if", cause, no other ending contradicts his. He faces Moloch and Drahmin, and dies (againg). In no ending they say, moloch or Drahmin die. So another "what if ending comes" , Drahmin.
So, if he dosent kill them. Wich fits for Drahmins ending. Wich shows him and Moloch fighting Quan Chi that went after Tsung, and lost against them and Drahming getting out of that portal thing with his normal self again. Thats a "what if" cause, it affects many other endings, like Kanos, Mavados, Tsung, HIS own ending and others.
Jaxs ending is certian, cause, no other ending shows Jax being killed, and Hsu Hao alive. Only in his own, that later, fits with Jax.
Now, look at FROST ending.
You cant say she died. Cause U can --associate-- hers, with Subys. It can be also contradicted, BUT, ieven MORE associated.
See, she DOES get frozen and she DOES betray Sub. But then, Sub helps her, so in his ending, he carries Frost, that actually seems to be "badly beaten", but actually, shes recovering for what she did.
So, not all endings in Mk are "what if". Only a few. Scorpion did happen. But, hey! ITS OBVIOUS he is comming back, (since he ha done it so many times).

i hat 2 say this....but i think that they are killing off scorpion to replace him with blaze...

I wouldn't want Scorpion to be in MK6, but I do want him to be in someone's ending in MK6. Don't get me wrong, Scorpion is one of my favorite characters, but I'd like to see some surprises with him.
0
Scorpion WILL probably in mk6 because he is Ed Boon's favourite character and the developmental team aren't completely stupid. >:0

Yeah, really sucks
, this can be the best MK but the endings sucks.

Scorpion's ending didn't happen. If it did then he is officially dead (Which is why I believe it didn't happen)
Some ending are true, Some endings aren't, some endings are partailly true but not 100 percent.
Example. Scorpion kills subzero in his first MK game ending, but does not win the the tournament like it said. Subzero's MK2 ending is where it's revealed that he's the younger brother and he enters the Outworld tournament but does not Kill Tsung (as it said) like he was supposed to.

Queve is spot on but he obviously had more time to explain it than I did :).
Subzero_5th is also right.
More than one ending can happen if they don't contradict eachother but they may not happen also. There is no way of telling exactly which ending happened until the next game. Having said that, it's likely Scorpion's ending from MK:DA did happen but this doesn't mean that Scorpion won't be able to come back. In fact, we can take information from Sub-Zero's MK4 ending (which didn't happen by the way) when Scorpion said "You have defeated my physical form but my soul is eternal". So, from this it's fair to deduce that Scorpion will be coming back whether his MKDA ending happened or not.
I agree that both Frost's and Sub-Zero's ending probably both happened and this leads to Sub-Zero taking Liu Kang's place as the new MK 'defender' (which would be cool by the way). This doesn't have to contradict Kung Lao's ending either since Kung Lao's ending just says that he beat Shang TSung.
Anyway, we can only speculate at this point. We cannot be sure of what may happen.

I remember when I first cleared the game with Scorpion, I was hoping to get a kickarde ending after all that hard work, and I wanted to see how Scorpion goes on in his story. When I saw him kicking Oni arse, I was overjoyed...but as the ending went on, I got more that pissed off.
0
No.... Actually if Scorpion's ending is true the he's dead. Any soul that is unwanted enters into the light is eliminated. That's why we believe the ending isn't true.

i hate any ending in which the VICTOR dies at the end. that makes no damn sense, they win, as a reward they DIE? wut the FUCK? like reptile in mk4, i just dont get it.

In comparrison to the other endings in MK:DA, Scorpions ending is one of my favorite.
But it leaves allot question marks behind.
And Scorpion will return in mk6, along side Sub-Zero
