but the onlywayi can think of scorpion coming back from his ending soundscorny. my idea isthat if heis in the gateway to heaven he will eventually get there and because he is a spectre he will go straight back to the netherrealm orcpme back as some holy warrior.

Well, even if Scorpion's body gets destroyed, he probably will return in MK6. I mean, before Quan Chi met with Shang Tsung, Scorpion and Quan fight outside Shang's house and Scorpion falls into the acid, but not having completed his mission of avenging his family and clan's death, he has regenerated, so he fights Quan Chi in the Kuatan Palace, well, that fight might go with the story or its a promo clip for the "Immortal" video and the commercials. So, when Scorpion got tossed in the Soulnado, he hadn't killed Quan Chi yet, so he will regenerate back to wherever and continue his hunt or have some other purpose IF Kitana killed Quan. Who knows. Maybe, after she rendered him defenseless, and Shang Tsung died(finally), he maybe surrendered.

Where does it say Kitana Killed Quan Chi? They don't have any connections whatsoever. Or do they?
