If this is really true, then screw Gamestop I'm going to Walmart!

Monday would be beautiful. Tuesday would kind of ruin the schedule I set up for the game.
Though its freakin MK, I should mold my schedule to its whim. But I don't want to wait any longer

i called eb games and they said monday 1pm they said yes midway is shipping it right now to their distribution center but they get it in the stores till monday so i guess we will have to try walmart.

From what my Aunt and Uncle (big MK Fans) say is that they called one of the walmarts in Indiana and they should have it in Thursday/Friday, if its not true, don't blame me, blame my Aunt and Uncle, but seriously though thats what they said.
Even DA came out a couple of days before it was released in the UK, so you never know.

Well, it's actually rather logical isn't it?
No shop would receive the games on the exact release date. They need to get them earlier so they can put them on the shelfs, display some of those nice cardboard figures they always get, etc.
I'm sure there'll be people that'll be able to play the game before it's officialy released.
And in the meantime, I have to wait till november to play it

If you reserce it, Gamestop well at least the one where i live is gonna because my friend works there is gonna give me it on OCtober 2nd, If you call and ask when the game will come in they will say the 4th but if you say hello, i reserved MK deception and was wondering when it comes out, now if you say u reserved it, yes they will tell you to come pick it up maybe a day or two earlier, cause they get it on the 1st i think but need to set up cardboard cutout things and take them outta the boxes and wont start selling till they ALL out of the box and until its the 4th of october, but my friend gonna open the boxes cause he works there and does stocking in the back also, I am gonna get my copy outta the box give themthe reserve stub and give them my $50 dollars for the game ( Its $60 for the limited edtion but i payed 10 dollars already with my reserve stub)
I am gonna try and get the game then.
Damn i dont have my friends number well i see him everyday damn i will call gamestop right now, thankx for reminding me looks like my countdown was wrong and is two days SOONER then the 4th.
But if you guys plan on getting the game at target store, then tell me i can get you a link to a site if its allowed and all the site is , is a printable coupon that you can PRINT OUT and give it to target stores to get $10 off of the game.

ok Now i am really counting on my friend to get me the freaking game early, i just CALLED gamestop and some dude told me the release date was Oct 5th, thats one extra day and that one day makes a LONG difference, an extra day because probably they get there packages on the 4th exactly and they start putting them out of the boxes andon shelves which will take them a day, dude i dont wanna get payed or work at THAT gamespot but i will help your ass put the boxes on the shelf that day cause i aint waiting to the 5th Thankx god that was the gamestop in the mall and not the one where my friend can just take a damn game otta the box and i freaking pay for it the manager wont get mad at that, and the manager is funny and cool anyways, he is a nerdy guy that looks like Ed Boon with glasses anyways.

My guy at GameStop says Midway will absolutely not be shipping this game early. They said they will get it the evening of the 4th, and put it out on the 5th.

You would think that after all this waiting that one more day would not be too hard....you would think lol. Seriously, Monday would be nicer, but Ill take tuesday also.....but if something happens and we gotta talk wednesday...things will get ugly

That's kool with me, but I still have to wait till tuesday because Mine is preordered at EB games.

toys r us said the 1st and walmart couldnt give me a date, but i asked the guy , games that come out on monday do u get them before that and he said always, so bottom line i think most stores will hav it before monday, just find one that will release it early.

Hahahaha wishful thinking buddy, but stores like Target never get games on their release date and sure as hell wouldn't get them earlier than the true release date.

At first I ordered form amazon.com but the premium pack release date hasn't changed so I switched to ebgames too.

Ok.The game will be released as follows.Gamestop depending where you are will be have it on the 4th or 5th,like I said,depending where you are.ToyRus will have it on Friday the 1rst.Walmart has no idea what day they are getting it.Best buy will have it friday the 1rst.EbGames also says friday the 1rst.So yeah,seems like more than a couple of us have verified it from these stores.I work for GS...but there's no way in hell that I am gonna wait till the 4th or 5th if I can get it Friday.

Ill be so upset if EB gets it the 4th and Gamespot gets it the 5th since I pre-ordered and paid in full at Gamespot. I'll have to bring my sis with me cause when she got Shodow Heart 2 the girl in front of her was told it came out the next day and when my sis asked he went under the desk and pulled it out of a box pulled it out of a box.

I called EB and they say October 1'st. Why the sudden change?

My EB said it comes tomorrow so I'm going to go get it tomorrow after school
