Kung Lao looks cool, I just wish they didn't have his hair tied back so freaking tightly. He looks like he has a buzz cut at first glance, I kind of wish they kept him with his original hairstyle from MK II.

Those CG cutscenes are freaking ugly as shit. Raiden and Kung Lao especially look like retards. Raiden's voice is also shit.

Yeah, I think they should've worked on a lot of the faces, namely Liu's, Kung's, Raiden's, and Sonya's.

One thing that confuses me is with Raiden's powers diminishing in Outworld...

i know the face look really gay like raiden have no hair and kung laos hair is ugly but its an adventure game u will see the character more little so this will look good. only on videomode they will need to do better.

Yeah I don't like how they did Kung Lao's hair either b/c it makes him look more like he's bald. This is why I'd prefer they keep his hat on all the time. I don't get why Liu Kang has long hair in this one when MK2 showed he still had short hair just like in the first game. Basically I wish they had kept the same hairstyles and faces Liu Kang and Kung Lao had in MK2. I don't like the way Sonya and Rayden look either. In fact I don't get why most of the characters shown in MKSM don't look as good/attractive as they did in all the other games they appeared in.
Anyway I hope things look different by the time they release the final cut for this game.

I would like that too, but I think it's far too late for that.

Also, I keep hearing everyone saying that Sonya doesn't look good or she is ugly. I disagree she looks great imo. If you look closely in that trailer you can see her hear is tied into a ponytail in the back and thats the first time I've seen it.

How many looks has Liu Kang had so far? He went from his normal look (in the game), to a Michael Jackson looking guy (in his first render), to an old looking guy (in the first version of the game cover), to a chinease looking guy (new cover) and I guess now he is retarded (in the cut scenes).

Kung Lao looks cool almost bald. I don't see any ponytail on him.

"Your magic is limited in outworld."???? It's funny using the word MAgic... instead of "Power" when refering to Raiden's ability...

Overall... i dislike e'rything..... the living forest doesn't look that scary...

Kung Lao with ponytail?

Probably referring to the costumes from MK: Deadly Alliance; in the first one, he had the long, black hair tied in a ponytail, and on the alternate costume, he has the cropped(?) brown(?) hair.

Half the bastards condemning the game now were praising it just yesterday. The faces won't win any beauty contests, that's for sure......but the game ISN'T a fuckin beauty contest. I think it's the gameplay that won most of us over, and that's the exact reason that I think most of us want the game.
