Well, we all wanted an explaination to why Noob had white skin instead of his jet black skin... he and smoke are fused.

The idea to me sounds stupid, but I'm going to give it a chance.

Noob Smoke, deffinitely a must see. Niether were favs of mine, but the combo could make up for it? They could go for a new name though, hopefully it will be a tag team bit where you switch stances the name goes from Smoke to Noob and a few special moves change.
As for Shujinko, wow, that's gonna be fun. And I can see it now, all PS2 Online and XBOX live matches, Shujinko vs. Shujinko. That's all you'll ever see! At least he has a kick ass alt. costume.

You know just another thought on the whole noob smoke idea. It could be like Khameleon, where the character randomly fades in and out of smoke and noob, that would be pretty interesting.

Noob Smoke. Sounds pretty good to me. Looks like no Kitana for the game but Jade and Tanya will finally meet. Make sure you get more on Liu Kang too.

I think that Shujinko has the ability to learn every special move, but that it will depend on 2 things. 1. Who you meet and talk to in Konquest and 2. I believe that you will have to choose 5-6 special moves out of all that you have learned from everyone you met through Konquest. I highly doubt that while everyone has 5 special moves that Shujinko will have an insane amount, it would totally off balance the character.

Like I said in another thread, I was pissed that they had tampered with one of my favorites (Noob), but the more I think about it, not only is it true, it's a good idea.

Think about it, the way things stand now, they made Onaga look damn near invincible. Now with all of the power boosts (Scorpion meeting with Elder Gods, Subby with his heritage thing, Shujinko, Noob Smoke fusion, etc), it seems that maybe we have some good, more powerful fighters that seem like they actually have a shot at beating that big green mofo.

i was more of a smoke fan than a Noob, but this news doesn't really bother me. In fact, i would like to see this new character, and challenge his moves. And by the way, what the hell DID happen to John Tobias?
