Awesome f'n news man. I just wonder what is real and what is not. E3 definately can't get here soon enough now. Great find tho. Can't wait to play this game.

I just HOPE Ed Boon and company got permission from Capcom to use Ken Masters. I don't want Midway getting sued for this! Capcom almost got sued by Matel over the same character, which is why they gave Ken a last name to begin with.

If Midway gets sued, then there will probably be no MK7, regardless of the sales of MKD.

And if Midway DID get permission from Capcom to put Ken Masters in this game, then they might as well put Ryu in there, as well. It doesn't matter what fighting game you're playing. If one of the two is in a game, then it's not complete without the other. Ryu and Ken are a classic posse in the Fighting genre.

If this is true or somewhat true, it'll be interesting to see how these new characters will play along in MK:Dcptn, I can see Liu Kang coming back in spirit form in Kano, but others such as Tanya will be weird for me, i think she'll probably end up coming in konquest mode. The different realms are finally mentioned, and I would definitely like to check em out. All these characters name being mentioned out of nowhere just sounds a little strange.
I think that the list is either just about the same as MK:DA, or just a little bit bigger. Or, the list is huge with a big starting roster and a big unlocked roster, Or it's just that the characters will make an appearance in konquest.

I'm sure it's just a joke from Boon. I came across the PSM article from April. I won't say where I found it, but there is an interview with Boon. The last quetion they ask him is "what does he want to tell them about MK:D but can't or probably should and Boon's respons is that Barney (the Dinosaur), Spiderman, Fred Finstone, Saunta Claus, The Easter Bunny, and Ken will all be in MK:D. And Boon says that, that is no deception." I'm sure hes joking, but that might be where the German magazine is reporting it from. There is no direct specification that it means Ken Masters from SF, it could mean Ken (the barbie doll) for all we know.
