This game is getting wilder and awesomer with every new update! GOD I LOVE MKD

Excellent....tho I don't like the one picture of Baraka, he looks very tall and thin compared to Nightwolf, but in the next pic (getting uppercutted) he looks tight. Damn I can't wait for this game.

I love that outfit of Ermac. Nightwolf and Baraka look badass too. Cant wait to play with them.

anyway.. hmm i didn't see anything wrong with baraka... hmm and ermac looks great.. btw guess baraka is going to fight with his blades out.. so what makes his weapond stance... then again... i could be wrong..

i think his blades were in when scorp was kicking him into the death trap. i hope they arent out for the whole time...that would be so cheap haha.

I would say that 'Blood Tornado' is more like a waterfall, or in this case, a 'Bloodfall' with bones and blood pouring into the blood pool at the bottom.

As for everything else, cool info. Though I don't know where IGN gets the idea that 'Background Fatalities' are a completely new addition to the series. New in the way they're done, yes, but not new to the series.

Actually, i think there talking about how they can be done during a match, kind of like a ring out so to speak, which is why they say it's never been done.

hmm.. think there main point is that its new to the series by how it is executed...

I hope with bloody tornado as player get closer to it they get sucked in it a bit

another note on the ign article in the end they say "Which of the 24 Mortal Kombat characters will be in the game? Which 14 will be available right off the bat? Keep your dial tuned to IGN for future updates, coming soon"

so the next update would probably focus on that
oh well back to waiting for updates z:o

I agree with shang_heihachi, that is a watter fall of blood.

You can tell it's moving straight down by the pattern on it, and the splash at the bottom.

If it was a tornado the pattern on it would look more like the stripes on a Candy Cain.

this is a perfect example why websites should do away with crediting "sources" for new info. the webhosts themselves should seek out info and just post it themselves. otherwise we end up with people that have little worth in their lives and rely on the internet to make their lives special.

example a:

"omg look everybody i was credited as being one of the people that told an mk fansite about an mk update at a videogame site! i am someone now!"

example b"

*tear and frumpy lower lip* "that dumb mk fansite did not put my online name in their news update for informing them about an mk update at a videogame website. my life sucks. why are people so mean to me. i had my one shot at being someone today but that mean website did not give me any credit i mean i was the first one that posted!" *kicks can...frumpy face cries some more*

The idea of the blood waterfall is cool, dude! That'd be sweet to see in game! What whould be cool is if it was a death trap and you can knock the opponent into it. their body would be ripped apart and their blood would spray in the water fall and we'd see their limbs falling.

And the new pics are sweet! I hope Barakas blades are sorted out as they seem to be going through his hands. Despite that, Baraka, Ermac and Nightwolf look sweet!

Those lights are a cool addition and they'll serve as part of the training. Once you become skilled enough, you can switch them off. Higher level gameplay would probably see players not using them since they know when to predict attacks and when and how to counter.

Codin... what the hell was the point of posting that message?
