I think the title could work if it was something like the Dragon King marrying Sonya to cause a disturbance between the worlds, just like how Shao Kahn tried to do with her in the Official Comics. (Find out more about this and new official characters in my post)

The subtitle has also grown on me, but I still don’t like it. MKDA was just an awesome subtitle.

DArqueBishop, is that anonymous source is really reliable?

The PSM crew say they played it, came away dizzy after it and will bring the most in-depth look at this mystery game.
That means this mystery game must be in some advanced stage already.
Since we haven't seen any orientation art yet like with all the previous MK's (remember the Scorpion /Jax picture Midway released way before they showed any ingame MKDA material?) i'm guessing that MK6 isn't in that stage yet.

Guess we'll just have to wait and see (unless something gets leaked out ).

well i dont know if this is any hint or anything but right beside the article on psmonline.com is has a cover with mkda on it saying first look and do you wanna subscribe, just a bit co incidental that they would use that particular cover right beside their story

Looks like my guess is wrong and the look is indeed from MK6.

That means the dev team have secretly been working on MK6 and have progressed very far without giving any notice to the outside world.
Looks like they're choosing for the "blast from nowhere" and "shock-and-awe" strategy (like MK1 and MK2). I say go for it

If the PSM crew are so anticipated and dizzy from the game,...then the progress must be amazing and we're in for a treat

If so, I hope it has a movie at least of MK6.

Although I'm as curious and hyped about MK6 as the next fan here, I seriously doubt that this high-priority game is MK6. They probably need more time to work on it before they can send a 'beta' copy out for preview. Hell, they might have not even started serious work on MK6 yet.
