Most of us have GMT+1
(except for GTrax, Hadoken, HJS, some others...)

Lets say you want to play at 21:00 O'clock.
Then GMT = 21:00 so GMT+1 = 21:00 + 1:00 = 22:00
So for most of us it is one hour later.

Im ok with understanding gmt +1.What confuses me is over in uk we have british summer time and our clocks go back and forward for the farmers.I dont think you have that in europe so thats what screws me with the times
