im thinking that 11 has to be reptile. this is because u can clearly see a mask and on his shoulders there seems to be the ninja-like vest. Im definantely hoping its reptile.

I'm going to list the possibilities with most potential to turn out to be true.

Smoke: Mainly because we haven't seen him yet and inside sources have said that he is no longer a cyborg. The guy in this pic is definitely wearing a cowl on his head.

Ben: This could be him in his alternative outfit with his face covered ala all ninjas.

Zombie Liu Kang: He has Liu Kang's hair, a bandana of somesorts and a blueish tint to his face. If you have a blue face, then you are most likely dead or not human.

Kabal: If the respirator and tubes are not a dead give away enough, the faint glimpse of goggles should give you a clear identification of who it is.

Kira: If you've seen concept art of her, you'll know what I mean.

Ben: That definitely looks like Ben's head in his unmasked costume.

Liu Kang: Probably because of the slight resemblance of the hair.

Noob Saibot: Most likely this is him in his full black outfit with goggles on, you can even see a bit of the goggles on the side.

Quan Chi: He's bald and those goggles could be his ears

Tanya: Makes sense since she has long hair. The shadowed character is also obviously a female.

Skab: Absolutely SKAB! The cowl and the skeletal jaw/mouth are a DEAD giveaway.

Konquest: Most likely your Konquest character. Boon confirmed this.

Shang Tsung: The old man with a beard has always been Shang's trademark in MK but this is just wishful thinking.

Sektor: This character has a very boxed face, and either has a weird helmet on or is our beloved and evil cyborg.

Smoke: Smoke in Cyborg form once more.

Cyrax: Very unlikely after what happened to him in DA.

Reptile: The figure is DEFINITELY not human and is likely to be a newly evolved Reptile.

Shokan: The new Shokan is a bigger possibility than Reptile IMO, especially when you compare this guy's head to Goro's. Very big reseblance.

Shang Tsung: I'm not sure why but I have a feeling that this is Shang Tsung with long black hair and a long black heard.

Dairou: If I recall correctly, Dairou (who is probably Hotaru's old name) had long black hair and a goaty.

This could also be the character that Boon wants to ditch to add. Since Gamespot revealed that there is at least ONE MORE UNCONFIRMED CHARACTER.

A:
Looking at this, I definately see a hairless male. The armour makes it look like one of four people, IMO. Quan Chi, returning with the Dragon Amulet, or working for the Dragon King; Kano, returning as the last servant to Shao Kahn; Skab or Dairou. Something's telling me Mavado, but I think that instinct is wrong.

B:
I don't know why everyone assumes this is Kabal for sure. It could be Smoke, or even Mavado, Kira or Noob Saibot. This one's definately a mystery, but I think once we see it in colour, all will be revealed.

C:
IMO, it's Liu Kang. Could be Ben or Sonya, but there are three of those looking characters on the select screen, so there's enough room for error here.

D:
Ben. See Liu Kang.

E:
I was thinking a new vampire or something, but I like the arguement of it being Tanya.

F:
IMO, probably Noob Saibot.

G:
Sonya (I hope). See Liu Kang and/or Ben.

H:
Shujinko. If not Kitana or Jade.

I:
Does anyone else see a nomad in this picture? Baraka's brother now leading the nomads? it seems possible. I'm also thinking Skab, Dairou or Drahmin/Another Oni. Maybe even Nitara's (or another vampire's) true form?

J:
Jax, IMO. He's been confirmed, but we've yet to see anything of him. I'm pretty sure it could be him. J for Jax.

K:
Sektor, Cyrax, Smoke or another cyberninja. It could be cool to have Sektor and Cyrax playble in this square, only for Cybernetic Smoke and a new Tekunin Ninja to be unlocked as alt. costumes for the two.

L:
I really, really, really hope it's Shang Tsung. Might be a new character though.

There's only a couple I'm 100% sure of. Kabal, Tanya, Kira, Liu Kang and Noob.

Also, it's not completely out of the realm of possiblity that the fighter in slot 1 is in fact Sub-Zero's alternate costume (That's what it really does look like is in that slot). Maybe just to throw us off the scent... and embrace their evil side a bit.

If they did that for a few of the other pictures too we would be WAY off track.

I've wondered why Sub Zero's alt costume looks exactly like the concept sketches of Dairou.

I've been analyzing this damn select screen for a while and I'm now seeing in Slot 2 (or D) the following character:

* Lui Kang in zombie form

The longer I looked at it when zoomed in, the face started looking like it was green with wrinkles all over it, with pieces missing from the face.

All I know is if one these pictures, after deep scrutinization, starts looking like Mokap I'm going to seriously find something else to do... something that involves fresh air.

You assume that every character in MK:De is in that select screen. Remember that Ed Boon has confirmed that there will be additional characters revealed through Konquest (above and beyond the initial 24). Also, I would say it is safe to assume that the initial stats given on the new character roster (## new, ## returning, ## classic) is probably inaccurate. Call it a hunch
