Message to MK Team: "Don't change the select screen, don't you dare turn it into DA's cheap ass one" I liked DA's when they first revealed it *similar to D's, and it looked hella better. I'm happy with it the way it is "now".

My humble opinion (charactors going downward)

1: Probably Skab. You can kinda tell by a faint outline that looks like a mask.

2: Kabal, I'm almost sure of it.

3: Lui Kang (if the he is not a bull shit rumor) I'm certain its a male. The bone structure doesn't match a female

4: New female (I haven't looked at the sketches for a long time).

5: My guess is Tonya, the hair matches her MK4 look.

6: Noob, I have no idea who else it could be. (It really would be helpful to know all the charactors for a fact)

7: Female charactor, kinda looks like Nitra, even though she isn't in the game.

8: Old man, most likly Rayden. (remindes me Pai Mei)

9: Not human, it looks like he had no skin at some angles.

10: I'm sure it is Jax. Look at the outline it has a barret and sunglasses.

11: Whatever cyber-ninja is in the game.

12: Ken/Cobra uniform man. Due to process of elimination.

and your definite answer is....wrong... Smoke is confirmed for the game. Which means he'd have to be in one of those boxes. I'm guessing the box everyone is saying is "Sektor" is Smoke.

Im wondering if the secret character will be hidden and you have to select them the same way you did in MKDA or if character slots are going to appear once you unlock them. I would prefer for there to be a slot for the unlocked character instead of holding start and whatever.

Yeah that would be great if someone could do that. I would, but I just reformatted my CPU so no photoshop anymore. Not that I ever used it to begin with.

Oh, big oops on my part for putting Li Mei in as one of the possible darkened squares. She's already among the selectable people (doh! My bad).

I'm curious about that last square though. The person looks man-ish and they appear to have long hair. I'd say Rayden, but he has more of a ponytail on top, and flowing hair down the back in his second DA outfit. There doesn't seem to be that ponytail in the darkened square. (if no one is following this, I mean the one all the way to the right in the bottom row). I'd love to say that it's old school Shang Tsung, but Tsung hasn't been confirmed in any form whatsoever.

What would you say if they said Scorpion had a Ninja Form and a Skeleton Form (not unlike the ones in MK:DA)? Would you then think that Scorpion would be 2 seperate characters?

You apparently DO NOT have a flair for the OVERTLY OBVIOUS!

What would make MORE sense than the assinine thought of 2 seperately playable Lui Kang's would be if 1 was selectable and one was "Konquest Only", meaning you could only fight AGAINST him.

But, 2 selectable Lui Kang's... BOTH with 2 Fatalities, a Hari Kari, AND a unique ending is completely absurd.

What's next... trying to convince me that Santa Claus is real?

Though you seem the most right to me, I do remember hearing that the silhouettes were not final and that some were just Midway staff. While I could never believe a videogame programmer would look like Kabal... I do remember some pretty crazy looking dudes in NBA Jam at the Arcade (Goskie RULEZ!@!!)

1. Noob Saibot - The raised and pointed shoulders indicate that he's wearing a ninja outfit. He also has no hair, similar to the concept we've seen.

2. Kabal - He's almost obviously wearing a respirator, and the long pole behind him looks to be a hooksword. Kabal could also very easily be character 12, however. The pole behind him also could be something of a katana or similar--perhaps it is Dairou?

3. Ben - Character's 3, 4, and 7 have the hairstyle that we saw in the screenshot, but this looks the most like him.

4. Kira - The hairstyle we saw for her is very similar to Ben's so I assume this is her.

5. Tanya - The little mini-Tanya we saw in the Puzzle Combat movie had straight hair, but I still say this is her.

6. Smoke. I read or heard somewhere that he would not be cybernetic, so this is his place.

7. Liu Kang - I don't truly believe he will be in the game, but it sure does look like him.

8. He's very obviously old. I either say Shujinko or Raiden, even though I don't think that Shujinko will be on the select screen to begin with.

9. It kinda resembles MK4 Reptile, but I believe that Reptile will be a host for the Dragon King, so I have no idea who this may be.

10. This is obviously Jax. He has the wide face, the broad shoulders, and the beret.

11. Sektor or Cyrax. It's obviously a cyberninja.

12. It's obviously masculine and has long, thick hair. It looks like it also may be Kabal. I really don't know who this is.
