Anyhoo, I think this is Liu Kang's best look yet, excluding his secret costume in MK4. It's classic, but somewhat knew at the same time. Honestly, this is the first MK render ever in which the person's face actually looks like a real face, IMO.

compared to all the others - the level of detail and such

it doesn't look real; or at least official.

if this is his official render, i am really dissapointed. it looks so quick and simple.

It's nice, and the belt is not for us MK fans, its for the DC ppl to know he's the champion of MK. He looks nice and for the first time, handsome. Him and Catwoman are my faves, oh and Sonya.

It's not awful, and you'd expect simplicity for Liu Kang, but the belt looks way off. I think he does look asian - his face resembles Bruce Lee.

I kinda thought that that he looked like Robin Shou too. I like the look...it's simple but it works imo. I think the belt, while not needed, is a fun addition. Kinda to remind us of him being an MK Champ back in the 2D games.

Overall, I think it's pretty cool. I can't wait to see Captain Marvel's look and both CM and LK in action.
