Ok, i know recently ppl have been saying tht Drahmin is top 3 or something, and best character since his 11cs is so "lag safe", but what i dont get is that you cannot spam 11cs.

Its the same story as noob's 4,2 (2,4 whtever the commands). They can both the parried inbetween on block. And 11CS is easier to parry on block than 2,4. If anything, ill agree with the part sayin that it has tremendous reach and high priority, but i dont think you can say that its a "safe" move. On block, it can be parried and punished easily, unless the person using him mixes it up with doing just 1,1. But no one i have played ever mixes it up. They always go through with 11cs.

Anyways, just my input on all this hoopla abt Drahmin being super safe with 11cs.

I have yet to test that.

But according to Check, 1,1,CS is extremely hard to parry in-between the hits,and he was talking about off-line,too.

actually i dont think its to hard to parry . i alwayst do it .

you have to start to parry from the second 1 and its an eazy parry .

thats from my perspective tho .

i do have a harder time on noobs 2 4 tho . i guess it all takes timing . but the fact that i have longer time on blocking drahmins 11cs gives me time to parry his attack . and im most certain that that lag affects this .

It depends on lag.

For me... if there is NO STARS what so ever... it will only work about 40% of the time tops.

On a good connection, talking 4 stars, it can be done every time if timed right.

after the 11 it can be parried easy. dave you would have no problem parrying in between. you are as good as vers at the parry interupt shit.

So, since everyone agrees that 11CS is easy to parry, not to mention 11 hits high and can be easily poked, why is drahmin considered top 3 online?

i acually havnt faught dave, but too say dai is that good is stupid just because 1 person can use them that good doesnt make them that good. i puke on dai's all day and they fall too bo....whats the deal?

just because others dont use him to the potential, doesnt mean he isnt good. None of the scorps are better than Dave's dai, unless maybe Check's. But i have never played him.

But i guess probably dave or Check can clear this confusion of who is better, Dai or Scorp. And before either of those answer, please only consider online play

other then vs Tanya is there any other character Dairou doesnt have an advantage over? NO. so yea he's #2 on the tiers.


Drahmin i would say is the 4th best character. 1,1 hits high mid so even tho it isnt a str8 up mid hit, if some one goes to duck while blocking they'll get hit w/ it anyway.




Booya ~ i could never play Ash at a high Level in MKD. i could never do her high damaging combos.

and yea whos Bo farted all over the others last we played i guess we'll see again the next time we play.

11cs is not easily parried, it will block 90% of the time u try to parry it, make that 99%.

and i know how to parry in between attacks just as good as versa or dave.

and parrying 11cs is not how u beat drahmin, drahmin is simple to beat but he is still the best character in the game

dairou is not good either, dont judge by online, where a move like the ts drop tracks which locks the camera and you cant jump it. the move isnt suppose to track it does online because of the fucked up camera online. the only way to jump a ts online is by tapping down, then jumping aka step canceling.

scorp also beats dai.

bo is broke online, and can deal huge damage, he also beats dai, but its a boring match for both.

bo is top 5, maybe even the best, not sure. puke leads into 60 again, can turtle better then sub and has a better weapon.

sub is garbage, he is mid tier, the same he was in deception. (same exact moves, what did u expect?)

kenshi is better offline, him and mavado can kill you in 1 counter. he has the best jab in the game, and can throw all day. without his throw, he is not that good but makes up for it with damaging combos up to 105% (offline) and 65% online

id say top 3 are drahmin scorp and bo

Check, no offense, but online is where the competition is at. Offline tiers dont mean anything for a game which is played online.

Also, how come Sareena is not #1 when no one could beat Versa in a series consistently?

I also asked you and Karate for "your tier list" since you both said some pretty abnormal stuff on an AIM chat we had. Versa was also there. You guys said something like Liu at #1?! Have you guys finalised at least your top 10 yet? its been quite a while since tht time.

Also, i respect your opinion as a high level player, but sayin that sub is the same as in mkd sounds ignorant. Air clone, mid-hitting 3, free throw, better 50/50? How does that make him the same as mkd? Not to mention easy 40% damadge online off ice pillar, a move which was not in mkd.

I havent played alot of Bo, so maybe you are right about him. And the Kenshi/Mavado thing works online too or are you talkin scrictly offine?

Btw, the way I parry Drahmin's 11cs is like this:

I try to bait drahmin into attacking me, jump back or back dash and if I see him attack with 1, I then immediatly parry when I land or after my back dash. I usually catch the second or third hit of the 1,1, cs. Also, its MUCH easier to parry, the second 1 in that combo then the cs. It comes out too fast to parry like other attacks.

I've been wondering this for the past few days. Why is it that people consider Noob top ten still but not Bo? The only thing Noob has going for him is a safe D4 and B3(unsafe on block but it's there >_

Bo can spam 3 or 4 all day and be safe. I'm just baffled. The guy with better pokes, an unblockable disabler, Hella free throws, better anti air(Jojutsu's 3 in comparison to Noob's Troll Hammer D2 and B2), a free hit after 2,4 which can set up more damage...sigh, I'm confused. Heh, Bo can even get a free Earthquake off of breaking a juggle, it's no Hellfire or Rhino Stomp but it's there. Movement in Drunken Fist for the win.

p.s. SubXero, I'd think DooHoo would have the best Kenshi currently. Also, where are you in the Naruto Manga and or anime? I got some stuff that you might be interested in.....I have to show someone. T_T

Wouldn't Dairou also have trouble against Nitara? I mean if he has difficulty with Tanya's air fireballs wouldn't it be the same situation with Nitara's air blood lugies?

NO see this is why no one can take your seriously as a top fighter. your lag allows your nitara air fireball to work like tanyas. NO WAY IS NIT'S fireball as great as tanyas. take away all the silly lag and nits fireball is very unsafe. tanya recovers from hers alot faster then nitara. totally different fireball.












CHECK ~ Tanya is one of the characters that forces Dairou to play her game rather then Dairou forcing her to play HIS game. Dave has the best dairou WE HAVE ZERO LAG vs each other. where as you and dave lag for each other and thats mainly to your connection, you blame others for the lag but in reality its your fault.

you cant bitch about lag when its your fault its there. once you get that cable connection it'll be way different.

My Tanya gets punished from air fireballs all the time Dan except from ONLY YOU. You're only one person out of like what, 20 differnet people from this site that play. And for the record I'm not even "high-level" according to other high-levels. So I don't know where that came from.

Subzero is overrated imo. I can't use him worth a damn. He is too hard for me to set up attacks with. His 3 just doesn't reach far enough for my liking.

SZ2 are you blind? So, Dairou is not good, sub is garbage, and Sareena is not top 3? Way to follow blindly my friend. I said it before, that i respect Check as a skilled player, but i wont say red is blue just because he says so.
