i think that booya has the best bo. i took bo to the practice room and
i have to say that i have not seen any 1 yet that is playing him at his highter lavel. know that booya or karate will take him there.
but bo is not top tier no even at his best he is not top tier.

If a tier list means how easy it is to WIN with a character,
then Bo is mid-high.
I used Bo for about 3 weeks and only lost to excellent turtles.
He has almost as many free hits as scorpion, is quick, and his weapon 3 cannot be parried (you still take the hit)
But the reason I say Dan's is the best, although Booya is a good fighter, Dan uses many more moves and techniques and is totally unpredictable.
