I've never been carded at the GameStop I buy at, and I am 16. Besides, my mom will be with me probably when I preorder it so even if shes not there when I pick it up, she would have already essentially given her permission by have being there when it was pre-ordered.

I've often considered buying a bunch of copies of mature games and selling them to high-school and younger kids. wink At a slighly inflated price, of course.

You had to be 18 to get on the Resident Evil game site, but the game's still 17 and up. I'll most likely buy mine at Best Buy, because when I bought my GTA Double Pack for PS2 last December(when I was 12...seems like a long time ago...), I didn't get carded(I do look older than I am), but then again, my mom was with me, so I don't think it mattered. Or maybe it was because it was like 9 or 10 in the morning so the cashier's mind wasn't totally together. Either way, Deception's still gonna be 17 and up, the site's still gonna be 18 and up, and I still got my GTA Double Pack when I was 5 years younger than the M rating requirement. grin
