well unfortunatly eb games here hasnt got a date for it so i cant pre-order it (i will keep asking tho) and ill be 18 when it comes out so it doesnt matter (my b-day is next week)

Well, i'm only 16 but i'm 6'2 and I wear sunglasses a lot so that makes me look like 4 years older for some reason. So yeah, I never have any trouble buying video games. Everyone just assumes that i'm 17 or older.

Maybe over where you live. We are don't have an 18+ rating for video gamesover here in Australia I think. I'll be 18 by then the Australian release anyway.

Really????Here, in Italy, my brother(12) can buy all the game, GTA(18+), MK(16+)...so here the censure is not a problem...

im 13, 14 in a few days, n ppl say i look 16-17, so all i have to do is wear my new rocks [big massive boots that make u like 3 inches taller] n get the game, but its kinda stupid because one tym, it was a 15 n my friend was buyin it, n i said it was for a birthday present, so we stood there at the desk for like 10 mins, thinkin what shud we do infront of them, so they got pissed off and let us buy it.. haha

SO wait, you guys didn't know that? You have to be 17 to purchase the game, unless with parents, and the only reason you can't go on the website is because it contains footage of a "M" rated game.

I think if you order it online, you shouldn't have a problem. If they ask for age or something just tell a little fib. If anyone lives here in Las Vegas and you're underage, I have no problem buying it for you (with your money he he).

Sidduu it's 17. The ESRB rating for MATURE is 17+ look on a game with M or into ESRB ratings. Also if you watch trailer it says right as it starts Rated M for Mature and over in the right had corner it says 17+ so if this is so they can't card me for 18 the ESRB ratings 17 lol.

Kids under 17 shouldn't be able to buy Deception anyways. ERSB ratings are there for a reason.

i live in Michigan and the store i got buy my games at they dont care how old iam i bought True Crime Streets of la and they let me purchase it where i live they dont really care how old you are when you buy an M rated game all you have to be is be over 11 years old and they will let you buy the game.

believe it or not MK:DA was the only game i had trouble purchasing. Im 16 but im short as hell. im like 5 foot 5, but i look younger and ive bought gta:vc, gta3, mgs2, ghost recon, and others without a problem untill i went to get MK:DA and they made my dad buy it. DAMN I WANT TO GROW!!!
