It's not Tanya, they're probably just a bunch of body guards for Kitana; why would Kitana keep Tanya in her entourage, given that Tanya always sides with the bad guys and has betrayed Edenia several times?

To all of you who keep saying Dark Khan looks more like a combination of Doomsday and Ghost rider:

The reason why he looks like he's made of rocks is because Darkseid's skin is formed with the lava rock of Apokolypse. The glow eminating from within is the power of Darkseid's Omega beam. Darkseid was originally an organic form, but he chose to steal the power that he currently has now from his brother(whom he killed), which transformed him into a rock-like being.

It's no wonder why many of you resented the DC characters at first. You knew little to nothing about their dark, brooding storylines. Most of you only knew about the retarded "Super Friends" lol!

IMO the story is what's going to make this game awesome. The fighting/gameplay is icing on the cake.

It should be exactly the other way around. The gameplay should make this awesome and the Story mode should be the icing on the cake. This isn't a RPG, this is a fighting game.

I can see that, but I'm looking at the game from a comic book view. They had to come up with the story first. A lot of it depends on which you are a fan of. If MK, then you will mostly see it the way you stated b/c MK is mostly based on fighting game experience (I know they dabbled into comic books too), but if you're a comic fan of DC, you see the story first and then you're excited to see the pages "come to life" via a fighting game.....IMO.

I didn't even view Marvel Vs Capcom as a comic book. All I knew was that there was a game where I can fight Ryu with Spider-Man, and that's all I needed to know. I never really cared for a story that makes sense or not.

That's why I basically don't care whether this game has a logical explanation or not. If the gameplay sucks, I probably won't play through the storymode anyway.

I don't care about a logical story at all. I just care that the story is exciting, interesting and cool, which it seems it is based on the comic book pages seen so far.
