God this is taking to long. Here's my take on the outcome.
The whisp of Kabal's respirator can barely be heard above the smelting metal and churning machinery of Hell's Forge. He'd tracked Jarek this far and intended to give him his dues for daring to get in his way. The bright orange glow of the furnace shimmered off of Kabal's battle weary mask, a reflection of movement off of his crimson colored goggles.
Jarek slipped unoticed around the edge of the forge and made his move, he would Kill Kabal first rather than give Kabal the chance he needed to kill him. With a swift twist of his hips, Jarek kicked low catching Kabal along the outside of his leg, without hesitation he ducked inward and leveled Kabal's Kidney with a shovel uppercut. The final blow came as more of a shock to Jarek than Kabal, as his right hand made contact with Kabal's mask. The sound of his own fingers fracturing against the cold steel made Jarek's skin crawl, the pain followed only a moment later. Leaning up, Kabal's respirator was louder now, he was breathing heavier after the sharp Kidney punch...but it was nothing he'd not dealt with before.
As Jarek stumbled back clenching his hand in agony, Kabal dashed past him in a blur, their shoulders meeting only breifly, but just enough to send Jarek into an uncontrolled spin. Two swift punches caught Jarek in the chest, followed by a haymaker to the chin and a swift knee to the gut. Kabal reached forward and grabbed Jarek by his shoulders, tossing him over head and slamming Jarek's exposed back into his kneepad. With a sharp, angered yell, Jarek rolled aside in pain, clutching his back and attempting to regain footing. No sooner had he looked back up to Kabal, then had Kabal shoved his boot into Jareks awaiting gaze. The powerful kick sent Jarek back into the wall in an ungraceful slide.
The blood poured from Jarek's mouth, with a broken hand and severly injured back, he had little choice but to attempt a technique he'd seen Kano defeat someone with in the past. Stumbling upward, Jarek removed a short knife from his boot and tossed it towards Kabal. In the same movement, Jarek dove forward, a few feet behind the knife, and curled inward...his body becoming something akin to a cannonball.
No sooner had Kabal noticed the knife coming his way then had he unsheathed his hookswords and twirled them into place. The hooksword in his left hand easily deflected the dagger sent his way into a vat of smoldering metal. With the skill of a practiced assassin, Kabal rolled underneath Jarek's attack and quickly sliced upwards with his hookswords.
The hooked end of each weapon dug deep into Jarek's back as he spun over head. Jarek had no choice but to unfurl himself, his feet slamming into the floor...Kabal behind him with book hookswords digging deep into his lungs. It was hard for him to breathe...the pain coupled with the wounds made it unbearable for him...Kabal merely stood there, the noise of his respirator the only thing Jarek could hear now.
Quietly Jarek fell to his knees, as he did so Kabal removed one of the hookswords from his back in a swift, messy jerk, flinging various parts of Jareks insides on his pants and to the floor.
" Easy enough." was Kabal's only spoken words through the entirety of the conflict.
The hooksword he'd previously removed from Jareks back swung quickly downward and over Jareks forehead. the Hooked end digging deep into his skull. With another jerk, he removed the other hooksword from Jareks back...all the while Jarek gurggling in pain, wheezing...unable to form a complete word of mercy. With a blinding flash of cold steel, Kabal sliced Jarek's head from his body, leaving it hooked on the end of his weapon. Jareks lifeless corspe fell limp in a pool of blood, and Kabal turned on his heel, triumphant. With the head of his adversary attatched to his hooksword, he would take it, and show it to the up and comming members of the black dragon. A testament to any who might stand against the mighty Kabal.
