Mavado sucks hope Kabal kills him in MK:D

The only thing I liked about Movado was his weapon but since Kabal has the same weapon, realy I dont care.

Mavado is the RED Dragon leader, not black and by the way Kabal wasn't that bad. He had pretty cool moves and he was original. I liked the idea of that inhaler thing that he got after his ass was kicked.

Why do you hate kabal so much? Mavado is the one that sucks...and not to mention, stole his trademark hookswords.

I liked Mavado, he kinda reminded me of Gutts from Berserk. His normal costume made him look like the Black Swrodsman Gutts and his alt. costume made him look like Gutts when he was a Hawks soldier. Id love to see him back!! (just without the hookswords)

Why don't they have all the red dragon members in MK:Deception playable. That way nobody will be sour that their favorite Red Dragon member is missing.

I liked Mavado's look. His story was pretty cool as well. I liked the whole rival gangs thing. Unfortunately, Mavado's moves were WEAK. Probably the worst in the game in my opinion. He had one move that looked almost exactly like his throw, and another move that was a dodge. That was it. I was so mad that the MK team took a character as cool looking as Mavado and made him so lame because his move list was so crappy.

I've always liked Kabal, he was far and away my favorite character from MK3. If I could choose one or the other (Kabal or Mavado) I'd choose Kabal. That said, I've got nothing against Mavado. He played like shit, but I'd still love to see him back with better moves and a better Red Dragon partner than janky ass Hsu Hao. I thought it would've been cooler if they'd given Mavado chains to pull himself around on instead of those wonky jack in the box things. The amount of moves they could've had using those things are unlimited though. I hope they bring Mavado back in MK7. I dig em both.

I wouldn't mind seeing Mavado back as long as the real owner of them, KABAL, has the hookswords. I like his story and look.

I like Kabal more too.

I want him to have his original weapons.

Have a huge fight with Mavado.

Mavado should live a bit longer.

Sonya should kill Kano again, and make sure there is no one there to save his ass one more time.

Then Sub can fight Mavado, and loose, then Kabal jumps in, and wins.

Never! Mavado is beyond cool imo! He came into the MK world, stole Kabals hookswords and left him for dead. He looks cool, has a clan at his command and has enacted a plan that has left the Special Forces unable to communicate with each other and unable to do their job. He's just come in as a major badass!

Now, I like both Kabal and Mavado. I want Mavado to keep the hookswords for now and both he and Kabal can battle when the time is right. In terms of superiority, Mavado has this one nailed. Both are great fighters, but I'd rather see Mavado win.

Kabal is superior to Mavado in everyway. I happen to love Mavado, but comparing this 2:

Kabal has:

Better special moves.
Better combos.
Better Fatalities.
Better story.

Overall, Kabal is more original then Mavado, a lot more.

Mavado = stronger, faster, more powerful, more skilled, has a better story line, looks better, and is an all around cooler character.

Mavado wtfpwns Kabal in every possible way.
Mavado is a bad ass while Kabal is and always has been a total cry baby embarrassment.

Mavado > Kabal

Overall, Mavado is the more original character... a lot more... no question.

Mavado = master of the hook swords.
Kabal = only a student, and a poor student at that.

i prefer mavado over kabal because i enjoy his story. mavado seems to be very smart and he stalks his target and learns alot about them before killing them. mavado in my view is very determined to his goals.

kabal's story is also good but i enjoy mavado's better. kabal is an ex-criminal who sought redemption from his dark past and lives to correct that.

i would like mavado to return in the same game as kabal and i hope those two clash and start their own rivalry. i could picture kabal as the punisher from the comic book. kabal might ruin mavado's plan on bringing down the lin kuei. i hope my waiting will pay off to see what happens next.

I much preferMavado, but I want them both in the game. Both characters are in my top ten MK fighters. The hookswords should stay with Mavado, give Kabal something new. He had buzz saws like tonfas in old concept art, how about those?

Mavado is far from weak if you know what you're doing with him. OK, his specials are hardly impressive, but the hookswordsare one of the best weapons, and I like the combos and juggling you can get with his long fist style. He just needs to bring a cooler henchman than Hsu Hao, who was a good fighter, let down by crappy design.
