trax I got a year ban for questioning the rules...that might be the single biggest pussy move I have ever seen. I have a feeling the site wont make it to the time my ban is over.

I wonder which mod decided to ban me for a year. I have a feeling they wont have the cahones to confront me. My money is on Gerchap or Krayzie.

Krayzie never liked me from day one...and gerchap is turning into an egotistical coward who hides behind his new role....its quite sad.
I was one of first people to point out JTFs shortcomings and it looks like I am a trailblazer in pointing out the problems with the new site...at least there is MKO here so when these fly by night site turn into a single perosns ego trip there is a place.

DAMN IT! This is so draining! We all keep making the same mistakes. We seem to be stuck in a time wrap. It's been 2-3years and our knowledge of how to deal is still not with it.

But dont give JTF credit. I think the mentality started here...JTF just combined it with pure insanity. Its funny how this site is now relatively cool as far as mods...but the other places people go....well. I will let the record speak for itself.

MKU is just another site run by an egomaniac mentality...and if I am wrong...i would like to see them prove otherwise. All it took was one day of Maverick and its funny how quickly they turned. Funny how they should how they were "united"...by kicking the first person who disagreed out.

Its funny I am kicked out for questioning their rules...and even pointing it out to help them....meanwhile blatant racists are alound to roam free. I guess as long as you agree with them you can be as racist as you want....sad. Especially since Gerchap use to be cool...such a long fall from grace for him.
Trax you are a smart guy. If you look in my Gerchap thread that was closed I laid out a way to stop this non-sense. There should be a Maverick position created (not for me, but named after me). It might end the cycle of corruption. That combined with bans and warnings be made public along with their reason and the person who did the ban or warning be made public would stop a site from going south. Anyway...you are in good standing...i would propose the idea to the fools over there...they will probably say no just because it was my idea...but it work.

I noticed the mods here have not closed this thread yet, I appreciate them leaving it open and letting us talk in here. I totally understand why pInk closed the other one.

I don't disagree with any of your points. And trust me I give JT* no credit whatsoever! He is like a virus, a worm or a trojan horse to the community. I hope the damage he has left is reversible. For that to happen however, there has to be an open system, where everyone is accountable for their actions -users and mods alike. I think the community is mature enough now to ensure that this happens. So far we haven't seen that but my hope is that people will look back and be able to admit mistakes made.

If Gerchap made the choice to ban you for a year, then that would be disappointing. And if users are put in a position that they are unable to question these decisions based on rules of the site, then that would be even more disappointing because it would still mean an autocratic community which every was so against in the first place.

It's still too early though. My gut feeling is that everyone will try and not get things as complicated as before. I do hope they let you back on because little things like this is what killed MKC. I hope that won't be repeated again.

@Quest and Trax - what do you think about that idea with the "Maverick" position. It could be good for either site.

@Quest...you were cool enough to even talk and not hide behind your position. If I can ask....who was the person who banned me for "disrespecting the site". Is that person even man enough to take ownership of that lame behavior or will they hide behind their postion like JTF.

@Trax...yes that right...my ban will lift October of 2009. Not even a week or a month ban...a full year. Maybe in a year whoever banned me will grow some balls and more importantly will grow a brain and figure out how to make decent rules and how to treat a challenge. I am not hopeful...though. Afterall this was the same group of guys to drink the JTF juice and like it.

Krayzie after readin this i am now convinced that you are an idiot and here is why?

1. You gave me a warning because I responded to people sayin "n***, N***, N***" to me. Then you somehone blamed me for it. Dude called Kimbo a "n***" i said "go easy on the N-word please", the guy responds by sayin it like 3x along with his friends...Then you want me to somehow police it. I get the warning and silenced...they get to continue dropping N-bombs...on what planet does that make sense. Then you late post saying that I somehow started all of it.....i think that alone makes you an idiot...but there is more.

2. Now as far as the post with Dirty goes...you define it as poison...was I poison when I said that JTF was a ego maniacal fool who lies and would screw everyone in the end. NO it was truth. I pointed out some possible issues....Dirty sees what i said as truth as do others (Oracle, trax, Quest, Dirty and more). To make it worse your behavior furthers my point.

3. The irony is that I did not break ANY of your rules. Thats right. You said posts like that can go in the cage...well guess where i went...IN THE CAGE. YOu said that area wouldnt be moderated (YOU LIED). One year ban and I didnt even break ONE RULE!!!! All my bans from MKO agree or disagree...they can always show me the rule i broke and warnings given. Last guy who banned me for BS...like suggesting admin and JTF were the same dude...was JTF. He thought I was somehow attacking the boards...turned out I was right. Now I am being banned for "disrespecting the site"....i think I will end up being right again....too bad. In this case I did not want to be.

4. Go back and look at my post about the forum rules....i believe i made like 9 or 10 comments...about half actually were praising your rules.

5. One of the criticism i had was that your rules were vague and would end up leading to more unfair rules....wow...looks I am right...did not see the rule that says we cant critique the rules....or the rule that said that CAGE will be moderated in certain circumstances.

6. Another big critique i had was that people would hide behind their position and would never justify themselves in open....wow...i got banned...with little explanation and nobody even is saying who did it...

7. The only people supporting me leaving are the same people who were calling me "n****"....good job on that one

8. Meanwhile....even your own MOds like Quest as well as others agreed with some of the things I pointed out about the rules.

9, I have come up with a decent solution to the problem with the creation of the Maverick postioin but your ego as well as others in power over there cant possibly take feedback....instead you guys resort to the "this is our rules and therefore take it".....yeah..that attitude sounds REALLLLLL united....and that attitude is the formula for problems.

10. I exposed possible flaws in the way you guys handle your sight...instead of addressing them you made them worse. TRUST ME....they will be exposed again eventually causing a rift and leading to your sites demise if left unchecked.

11. As far as you not liking me...get serious dude. giving obsessive amounts of warnings because I would not start a thread polling people abou the N*** word, silencing me when people are callig me n****, obsessively following me to another website to try to prove your point....yeah...you are my best friend dude. Seriously...you may not have been the guy throwing punches, but you are definitely the guy holding my arms.

I was not there and did not see what was going on in the shoutbox but from what I heard it was rather harsh. On which side I do not know because I wasn't there to witness it for myself. Yeah Mav, you are good at causing keyboard wars and that is exactly what happened when you signed up. Hell, everything was pretty much dandy until you showed up with some of your comments and concerns. I agree with you fully about the ban thing not being disclosed. The Maverick position I am just not comfortable with the idea and I like to hear what people have to say. Hence, I don't support that ban because you put it in the right place "The Cage". I thought the rules covered that no racial slur or term should be used. So how could they be celebrating and thinking it's ok to throw the word around in a public forum. AND Bone, there is no different fricken difference between N**A and N**R. Whoever still agrees that there is a difference is very ignorant to the reality of the world we live in.
