Dont get me wrong, I LOVED Armageddon, but Its startin to get a lil tired.. Since we still have over a year until the next Mortal Kombat, I think it would be GREAT if Midway gave us something to tide us over in the mean time... How about an ARMAGEDDON EXPANSION PACK!?? That would be great, and fairly easy for them to pull off quickly.

It would be great to get an expansion pack that gives us a few more:

ARENAS-- ( WHY DID YOU LEAVE OUT THE DEAD POOL, THE PORTAL, THE COURTYARD, AND THE LIVING FOREST???) Give us back those
arenas!

KAF OPTIONS- How about some more Kreate a Fighter options? A Skelaton Body for a choice? More Helmets? like Hotarus but for the males? How about a Persian Body preset? Like AL RASHEED from MACE The Dark Ages?? Just something new and different than we arent used to!!! Body effects? i.e if I make Smoke, give me the option to have him emit a Smokey effect. Or a fire effect?? Also, weapons that were excluded like the robots laser swords???

Characters- How about DA's Blaze?? That would be a great alternate to the giant blaze in armageddon! Or How about Monster? That could be a cool new Alternate to Scorpion!

ALL IN ALL- This would be simple to pull off.. The character models are already made so they would be easy to include! The Arenas are already made so they would be easy to include! The Weapons are already made so they would be easy to include!! The only new thing im askin for are aditional KAF options.

MIDWAY THIS WOULD BE A GREAT WAY TO PLEASE FANS WHO DONT WANT TO HAVE TO WAIT TIL MK8, AND WOULD BE A GREAT WAY TO MAKE MORE MONEY OFF OF ARMAGEDDON! PLEASE PLEASE

Don't expect them to do such a thing, especially since they are trying to work on MK8, which they should be focusing on, aside from the rest of MKA's bios.

Also, even with that content for an expansion pack, the gameplay is still going to be a shallow, broken, piece of shit.

i would be happy with an announcement of a disk featuring the bio's shipping with mk8 EDIT: actually, id really also like to see a CANON video of what happened to every character in CG, that would be awsome, like a half hour CG vid, about 30 seconds per character. i think that would own.

don't expect them to read this, its pretty rare after all.
I'd think that this'd end up on MK8. And the "Fate Vid" was a smart idea.

e-mail them your idea and that is the best way to get in touch with them. Honestly, I would love for this to happen and I would pay 20 dollars for the expansion pack. They have never done this and I really think MK needs to do this. Give each person 1 real Fatality, remove KAK's, fix some glitches, and some new alt costumes for everyone would be cool.

I work 8:00-4:30 Mon-Friday, I am salaried. Then I work out, then I come home and tend to my daughter and g/f and then I play MK for a lil while and have been doing so for about 2 years now and after that well I have another hobby I will not talk about online. I am just Konsumed!! Nerd ass comment I know but I couldn't resist.

Heres the problems here.They can not do it for ps2 of xbox for one,the ps2 only has a 8MB card and not many people have the hard drive for the ps2.Even if they did,the ps2 doesn't have a download option.Same thing with the xbox verison,it doesn't have a content download option which means theres no way for them to creat such a expenison cause theres no option to download anything for the xbox verison.

This is not reasonable! I was an mk fan since 3 and im 14 now-- how can armageddon be mk? its stupid piece of crap! I bought the original version of mk:a- dissapointed! then i saw walmart's exclusive edition and bought it just for UMK3. Geez, why cant they do it like The Elder Scrolls with their Morrowind and Oblivion and Shivering Isles packs! OMG IM SO PISSSED OFF AT THE MK TEAM FOR THEIR LACK OF CREATIVITY!!!!!!!!! ARRG!

Lol, no it can't work. There is no download option, Sony did not implement this feature as it was still in early develop when thought of. If they relased the Expansion pack for the 360 or PS3, it would be doable. But they won't do it, and I don't blame them. They'll have to pay more workers to work on the expansion pack, and just transferring the data from MKA to the Expanison Pack would take a while at itself. Then to add the updates... it'd be highly difficult working around an already written code to add more. The reason Oblivion did that was they're on a Computer format, and it's much easier to do it this way. Don't ever expect to see it come out, and even if by some chance it does, you have a better chance of getting hit by lightning then for it to come out for the PS2 or Xbox.

How would downloading an update be any different than how you can download improvements to Halo2 over Xbox live?? Id pay $20 for some more levels and stuff in Armageddon

Like I said, it would be a waste of time, and the gameplay would still be broken. It's much better for them to focus on MK8.

Whatever.. i can ask and wish cant i? It wouldnt take much effort to ad in what already exists, ie. the deadpool, the portal, the living forest.. They people focusing on MK8 wouldnt have to be the ones to do it.

Some of us dont think the combat system was broken.. I enjoyed it much much more than DA and Deception.

It doesn't mean that your wish will be granted.

You may not think that the combat system is broken, but that's because you don't have any clue as to how to really play the game. I'm not trying to say that I'm an expert player or something, but I am aware of some of the problems.

Don't bother. I've already tried to do that and a message came saying that Midway does not accept "fan idea submissions".

If they made an MKA remix to the following specifications on one of the new consoles, I'd go out and buy that new console IMMEDIATELY:

1: At least one real fatality for each character, and just drop the Kreate-a-Fatality altogether. KAF's would be able to choose from a list of fatalities.

2: Changing the aerial kombat system to that from "Ultimate Mortal Kombat Trilogy" (a rom hack of UMK3). That shit was boss.

3:Allowing fatalities on Blaze, and re-introducing Brutalities, Babalities, and Friendships.

4: Giving back what made certain characters cool in the first place: Shang's morphing, Shinnok's move-stealing, Cyrax's nets, Sektor's homing missiles, and Sindel's Hair-Throw.

5: Just find a way to make Kai not suck. I feel sorry for all the fans of that character who played MKA to find out how bad he fucking sucked in that game.

6: More KAF features, including a more intricate height-weight attribute option, more weapons, etc.

but even if there was a second addition to Armageddon, do you people honestly think you will be satisfied with it? I mean, all of you were bashing on how stupid and easy the game was two days after the release, are you seriously going to be doing the same damn thing if there was something like an upgraded version to this game? I think you would.

But seriously, PS3 is out right now, why continue to make PS2 games when something better is out? Waste of Midway's time if you ask me.
