Midway Releases Final Box Art for MK: Armageddon!

Midway, having released the four different box arts for the Premium Pack versions of Mortal Kombat: Armageddon, has gone ahead and released the final box art for the regular Playstation 2 and Xbox versions of the game. The box art is identical to the dragon/skulls artwork seen on the official website; the design was also seen in one of the Premium Pack versions, albeit with a metallic finish.

MK: Armageddon is scheduled for release on October 9th.

Cool,this is actually a good looking logo for the box....

It's too bad im getting my Prenium Shao Kahn VS Sindel cover though.

I think I will uy this, I am not saying i didn't like the premiums, but i found this one better.

Hmm, I like it but I was thinking it was going to be a bit different. It doesnt seem like the usual MK box covers especially according to MKDA and MKD, but oh well it's not the cover that I'm excited for.

The premium cases are probably going to be like MKD's PS2 premium editions were we got a case with the regular box + the premium box. So even if you get the Sonya/Kano for example, you'll still get the regular dragon box aswell.

I dont like the way the PS2 version have that online thing that covers the dragon a bit.
o well im getting the Xbox one anyways.

Deception had the same thing when it came out for the PS 2.

I love this cover, better then Deceptions if you ask me.

Lets hope they release a kollectors Edition for the Xbox owners.

and the caricter and fantality thing is awsome but the best is that the old caricters r bak! oh yah and me

I thought they were final at first, also...but they arn't, they are still marked "rating pending" the final one will be marked "M - mature" like the premium packs. I'm sure that will be the only change we see but,...

This is definately my favorite MK box art.

I think I'll get the metallic dragon premium one.
