I'll make this short and simple. We have a few signed copies of MKA, which were signed during the said game's Fight Night chat event. I would like to see these copies given away to MKO users before the release of the upcoming MK game. We will be running a few contests over the next couple of months to see that this happens, and I figured I would start with this one.

Basically, you will compete in a tournament against other users on the site; testing your knowledge of Mortal Kombat against your opponents. I plan to run this in a single elimination style, randomizing the entrants, with the winner taking the signed copy of MK: Armageddon.


That's it. No entry form or anything like that. Just post in either of these topics, and you will be considered part of the contest. It's a first come, first serve basis. All that is required is that you be able to visit the IRC channel for an actual "live" contest. I don't want this to be a contest of who can look up the answer in google and FAQs the fastest. The game should be awarded to the person who knows the most off the top of his or her head. That being said, the IRC channel will be the place where this is conducted. It doesn't bite, and anyone can access it by just following the link and launching the java chat, or if you're more savvy you can log in with a chat client of your own. Once you're in there, I'll explain where to go.

Once the contest is set up, I will attempt to talk to the parties involved in each match and schedule the "best" possible time for you both to be on. So go ahead, sign up and try to win one of these signed copies of MKA.
