Raiden could die, then Earthrealm would have some really dark times ahead. Maybe Earthrealm could fall and the attack must come from a completly different realm like Edenia in the next game.

I believe that 2 characters will bite it in MK:D. It pains me to say this, but one of them will be Scorpion and I'll tell you why in a sec. The other will be Quan Chi. Here goes:

Quan Chi who will become known in this paragraph as "The Lucky Bastard", has escaped scorpion's wrath twice now. He will not be able to do it again. I also believe that Scorpion's story has run it's course. He will reach the lucky bastard in MK:D, he will defeat the lucky bastard and finally he will kill the lucky bastard. After Scorpion rubs his ass out like a pesky stain, he will be at peace and finally be able to rest.

NEXT TO DIE!?! SCORPION!! heres what I think.. I think his vengeance story is tired.. lets face it .. its old.. I think in either this game or the next Scorpion will do something like sacrifice himself and save the world.. and because of his sacrifice the gods will either allow him to rest in peace or they will make him human again... Either way he has to really die first.

I think that Hsu Hao should die. lol. I don't like him too much. Reptile should also since he's been in every single MK. Mavado and Kano should join that group also.

The Special Forces shouldn't die. Sonya, Jax, and Cyrax should stay in the game as the new heroes rather than Liu Kang this Liu Kang that.

Sub Zero 2 should be killed by Sub Zero 3 (or 1 for added Drama) who is evil or Frost and the Lin Kieu will turn evil.

Jax should pretty much die. He has the same story as Sonya.

Kano and the whole black dragon crap should die.

Johnny Cage should have never returned so KILL HIM!!!

To be fair to Liu Kang, Shang Tsung should die or disappear for a while.

I think the people who should die in the next game would have to be:

-Sonya= i know shes the classic female fighter of MK,thats why i think she should be dead because it would be a great shock to some people.

-Jax= hes just a waste of space, never liked him, very uninteresting guy. Get rid of him.

-Johnny cage= Once was brought back to life but i say kill him and stay dead forever.

-Raiden= I just dont like him, hes annoying.

-Shang Tsung
-Quan Chi
-Kung Lao= reminds me of Lui Kang. I hate Lui Kang

I think Jax or Raiden should die. They both annoy me now. Quan Chi, Noob and Scorpion too.

Hsu Hao and Kitana ,However I think the game might loose its grounding if you terminate some of its original characters.

Jax, Johnny Cage, Kung Lao. We can't kill off the classic Sonya/Kano conflict. Jax and JC are tired and stale. Kung Lao could be revamped but I think it would be simpler just to kill him off.

I think that all the characters are going to die. Think about it for a sec, this could be the last mk game. And if it is, there is a chance that all the characters die by some elder god or some comet or some kind of thing that destroys everyone in the different worlds.
But if that doesn't happen ;) then
i think that Kitana will die changing many things, or maybe uniting with liu kang by dying and entering the dragon king army where she meets the soul of liu kang.
I think that Kano will probably die, actually he might now, with this whole dragon red and black thing going on. Kano,Mavado,Kabal,HsuHao,Sonya,Jax,Kenshi etc.
QuanChi will die, I think that Johnny Cage will die once again.poor guy. His movies just don't work out for him.

Undoubtedly the most boring, repetetive character in the entire series.

I like Cyrax, but they gotta make him look a bit cooler if they're gonna make him stay. I think they should get rid of Johnny, Sonya, Nitara, Li Mei, and Frost. Just bring back the female ninjas from UMK3 along with Sindel and others, and the male ninjas from UMK3 along with current confirmations. *thats kinna hard to understand but hopefully you'll get what I'm saying*

Ok, let me be honest:

Reasons why I think Kitana is good:

Steel Fans.

Reasons why I don’t like her:

She has always looked the same.

Old, boring, repetitive, and predictable story.

Sindel and Mileena are back.

She is not original. (Jade, Mileena, Tanya, Khameleon)

She has been around as a “second choice” character.

Her Fatality kiss of death was Sonya’s name fatality and Tanya had it. Plus, it was one of the worst in MKDA and simply lame in Mk3U-MkT.

Her special moves aren’t anything special. She soled the wave punch from Sonya, the neck brake throw from Sonya in MKgold and etc.
