Maybe Boon is inspired from cage rage and added some moves from this.
That would be cool.

RAGE IS A WEAPON!!!!!!!!!!

If you right click on the rage graphic on noob.com you will see that it says this:

http://www.noob.com/rageweapon.jpg

so I think it's a type of weapon you can use in the game.

I think that’s a pretty good guess.^

Doubt the UFC fighters would be in a past render for no reason.

Also this guy’s nickname is the “New York Badass” and has fought there.
