The game is using the Unreal 3 engine which the Wii cannot handle. So to bring it to the Wii would be to completely redesign the game with new graphics, gameplay, etc. So no.

I also think it is referring to Brutalites AND Fatalities...Becuase in the two finishers we have had a chance to see( scorpions and supermans) both characters eyes went into a yellow/orange state...So my guess is that it is referring to BOTH the Finishing System AND Johnny Cage...
