Yeah, Sektor is awesome.I like Cyrax too but I have a thread for him once he gets some new news, we will talk about him again too.

But Sektor's new look is awesome.I thought he would be a little bigger due to his concept but he looks fast actually so that's awesome.

LOL, why man?This thread is in Tgrants thread and technically is supposed to be the ONLY Sektor thread but he's new so I'm assuming he missed it because all Sektor stuff is supposed to be discussed in here.

The mods should just make an official thread for each character, this way it eliminate spam.

But I kno casselman loves Sektor and all but I'd prefer people post everything Sektor in this thread please.Thanks.

ever since then, i went back and played MK3 and played as him.

and although i have 2nd favourates (all on that list), i have gone through all of them rather quick and have been changing. then i found HIM

hes fast, sleek, not overconfident like shao kahn, but still destructive, missiles, flamethrower, TELEPORTING uppercut.

hes an all around well fighter and i like him greatly, and hes EVIL with his own army, wow hes good

he is one of the best MK characters in MK IMO, he hasnt been played out like some of the chars we have played as all throughout MK, he can still ahve much story potential assuming he survives MKA

well speaking of the whole cyrax vs sektor story made me think. in tekken 5, they always had a point in the middle of the arcade mode where which ever character you were playing as would fight his rival or someone who had something to do with his story. they would have about a 2 minute scene in which they talked about why their fighting or whos responsible for what, and then fight.

so that made me think they should maybe do that with mk:a. instead of you fight about 12 guys in arcade mode that have nothing to do with the characters story, they should have a thing like tekken 5 right before you face the boss. for example: cyrax meets sektor, theirs a short movie where they exchange words and then they fight. maybe even another little movie after the fight.

id just love to see that in mk:a. but thats just my opinion.

Anyhoo, I'm not sure about the whole battleship thing. I'll just have to wait and see.

It's cool that he has the flamethrower as a special move but I hope it won't be super fast. It would be cool if he had a charge up so that when you let go, the flamethrower would track.

I would like to see him use Shindenfudo Ryu Dakentaijutsu/Jutaijutsu as his unarmed style, but I doubt they'll give him that so maybe something like a direct/linear, hard/external style like Shotokan would be good for him.

Yeah, same here man.I'm wondering myself about his Battleship thing as well making it's way into his real storyline in arcade mode.It should be very interesting indeed man.I like his current Choy Lee Fut(Ermac's second stance in Deception) I like that for him.IMO, it fits Sektor well.

All i know is that hes gonna own, and if hes an unlockable, hes the first 1 im going after, im taking 3 days off school to get him, and when i do, i wont be anybody else.

for a weapon his hand should transform into something.

His looks gravely improved, but Sektor is nothing more than random red cyborg with standard missile weaponry. Where is the originality as of late?

Anyway, the new vids of him are awesome, I don't believe that's any kind of clan icon on his back, I believe it's just apart of his look.Nothing special.

BTW, I love the way he sounds.He sounds badass, better then Smoke sounded in Deception.I'm curious as to see how they make the cyborg ninjas sound different from each other.

To mkflegend: I think Choy Lee Fut suits Ermac better as it is a hybrid style and Ermac is a hybrid of various warrior souls.

That wikipedia is BS man.A lot of fans are misguided by what some people post on there as the truth.I found that out recently about something else concerning mk.


I think Sektor's new look looks badass personally.
