I think WG would be more compatible with MK than Primal Rage is. I mean seriously now... how the fuck would they incorporate dinosaurs with the MK universe? At least they could come up with some crappy excuse like this:

The elder gods summoned all gods of various religions to compete in MK blah blah blah Anubis and that Toxic Commando guy, or whatever. At least they'd have a half way legitmate reason of other gods coming to compete, and reintroduce the fire, water, and earth god.

I've heard many possible rumors of a crossover for MK8 like with DC superheros and now Primal Rage. Honestly, if MK8 is a crossover it will fail. It is supposed to reinvent MK like MKDA did for then next gen systems. However at the same time it needs a compelling story to follow. If MK8 is a crossover, I cannot imagine how they will get a workable storyline to follow.

I do not believe it will be a crossover, however I hope to the Elder Gods it won't.

if i remember right, all of the original primal rage characters had almost all of the mk characters special moves. Blizzard = Sub - ice Chaos = Kano - both were real brutal Armadon = Raiden - lightning Diablo = Scorp - can pull the enemies Talon = Lui - they both had a bicycle/flying kick Sauron = Johnny Cage..I guess? Vertigo = Sonya...both females I could have kano and cage wrong, but the rest are right. Maybe they will do something like they are the ancestors or something, personally, i think its a load of bullshit and doubt a crossover game
