I agree, she must be playable in mkd in a BLUE outfit not pink / purple

I sure hope they bring her back. If they've got Sindel AND Mileena... but NOT Kitana... I'll be more than a little miffed. This is the trio I've been waiting for since the last time they were together - their stories relate, their histories overlap, and having the two we know of (without Kitana, the main event) would be folly.

I always liked her MK2 outfit, it was simple but it just fit her character. I say bring that back!

Kitana is the hotness, she surely must return...my fav MK girl...tho I'm amped Sindel is back, I've been wanting that one.

the new godess character look a bit like Kitana, since Sindel his back and she will use a stun moves similar to the fan lift, I don't see why Kitana should be back honestly.

She was lame in MKDA, could she be better in MKD?

Kitana have never bring anything new since MK2.

Since Mileena has returned there is no room for Kitana.

Oh, Please! Don't get me wrong I enjoy Mileena, but to say there is no room is a load of crap. Mileena was in MK:DA just as the lame Li Mei .. they both fit just fine in the last one.

Kitana is by far the most unique female out of the Mileena/Kitana/Jade Ninja clone family. Hands Down!

At least she doesn't use the same weapon as a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle - lol

If they can bring all of those ninjas back they can bring back kitana.

The HAVE to bring Kitana back. She is by far the best female character to grace the tournament.
I dont think they will have killed her off. But i do think she need better moves and fatalities, but her story line and ending from MK:DA leaves it open either way as to whether she is back. But I think she will be back to aid her mother.

I know.... Kitana, Mileena and Sindel in the same Mortal Kombat game. I have been waiting al long time for this. (Im not counting MKT). Just bring back Kitana and Kung Lao and this game is almost perfect. Actually all the characters from MK2 should return to make it perfect.

I have to agree. I actually like Kitana, Im just kind a sick of her. But really, MAYBE the retrun of Sindel and Mileena mean Kitana wont return.

Many think she will cause of them, but just maybe she wont, and that would be 1 of the "deceptions". Kitana needs to be improved 100%, she is not original, she is boring now.

Of all the ninja clones: Kitana, Mileena, Tanya, Jade, Khameleon, the best IMO is:

Mileena. She has the best story.

And BTW, the Sais are amazing weapons, so dont bash them just cause Mileena has them!

Kitana versus Mileena is the classic fight. Having Mileena in the game, without Kitana is like peanut butter with no jelly. I agree, this game will be missing soemthing without her.

True. However, as I have stated in a previous thread, that classic fight could turn into Sindel vs. Mileena. That's just my guess as to what's going to happen. That doesn't mean I won't give John Vogel all the time he needs to get the storyline down for this game.

Kitana should be back. Good storyline that hasn't ended, and with Mileena and Sindel back, I think it seems like the colour triangle. You have the red with Mileena confirmed, you have the yellow with Sindel confirmed, you should have the blue of Kitana to get it perfect.

Yeah, maybe, but what if there is another color that is yet to be revealed? What if the triangle would be complete with out Kitana?

Kitana is irreplaceable .. they tried to take her plance with Tanya back in MK4, and failed horribly .. to the point where people hacked the PC version to have Kitana's texture overtake the Tanya's model.

Well, if Midway's gonna have Kitana out of MKD, they have two options. The obvious one is killing her off. The second one is a little something Square-Enix did with Lulu in Final Fantasy X-2 to explain why she wasn't in your party. That option is putting in the storyline that Kitana is pregnant. I think Midway should tear a page out of Square-Enix's book for once.

.......Mileena........... She looks cool....... But we all know what's hiding behind her mask..... So, yeah. She can't replace a big-boobed-beauty Kitana completely. I'm up to Kitana. Never liked her in previous games, but in MKDA she's one of my favorite characters.

I definitley think Kitana will return, because she is involved heavily with Three of the large groups of fighters in the game, The Earth Warriors (although she isnt from earth she is havily onvolved with them), the edenians, and now the SHokans. She will be back for revenge of Liu Kang and Goro's death. I think it a must that she returns.

I agree, Kitana is irreplaceable, but you might be surprised in MKD.

Kitana definitely needs to come back. But giver her an outfit change. They've completely revamped Mileena and Sindel. Do the same with Kitana. She needs to have an outfit showing off her princess robes and another in an assasin type outfit since that is what she is.
