Well ever since MK:DA i thought of scorpion as a good guy since his main enemy is quan chi. Since Shao Khan is likely to return I would like to see an alliance between Scorpion and Khan.

Somehow I think Quan Chi will whore himself out to the Dragon King, saying something like "I resurrected your army for your arrival my lord, I am your servant." I hate to say it but I think Quan is gonna kill Shang, and we're gonna see Quan and the DK hook up.

Its also a high probablity that Sektor and Mavado, assuming they're both in, will ally too.

You know, that's a point a lot of people(myself included) easily overlook. I never even thought about that until now, but look at the chances. Mavado will do anything to crush his opposition. At least that's what has been demonstrated MKDA.

Ya but Scorp could care less if ur good and evil, if ur in his way he's gonna kill u. Although i do agree that he has seemed a little light hearted as of late i still wouldent test his ruthlessness.

Actully before Sektor's whole Tekunin thing, i always hoped he would either join or already be a part of the Red Dragon. I think he and Mavado would be a bad ass duo

I posted a Sektor story in the "Character Story Speculation Sticky Thread" that I made...if you haven't checked it out yet, you might be interested in it. I went off Sektor's MKTE story and made as much sense as possible with it.


I somehow think that Cyrax, assuming he's still in, maybe hook up with Sub-Zero and the Lin Kuei again...assuming of course, the Special Forces angle is dropped and Sonya and Jax don't come back...

I have to agree with you Shang. I think that Quan Chi is going to side with the Dragon King. But I don't think Quan is going to be the one to kill Shang Tsung. I think The Dragon King will be. It is going to be interesting, that is for sure.

I want to see something new with Scorpion. I was really hoping he would come back with a "Pieced back together" look but it doesn't appear that way. I can't really see Scorpion aligning with anoyone though. He is a loner in my book. Maybe this will be his fairwell MK.

I hope itis Shang that joins the Dragon King, while Quan Chi goes into hiding with the Amulet.

I would like to see Frost make a temporary pact with Mavado and the Red Dragon.

I would want to see quan chi offering his services to the dragon king. I also seeing him telling the dragon king to kill shang tsung because he would probably think shang would get in the way of whatever reasons they or him will have. Thats one reason. Another reason he would probably side with him is because of protection against scorpion, not to mention moloch and drahmin. I can see scorpion always trying to get to quan chi, but then one of the dragon kings lethal generals would pummel scorpion to the ground each time.

Its also a possibility for frost to side with either sektor or mavado to try and take the lin kuei for herself. She could then somehow betray sektor/mavado. We dont know sareenas intentions yet, but it gives us a feel that you can never trust a demon. Perhaps Sareena will be decieving subzero as well. Its possible that she and frost could form some kind of alliance and then try to kill one another in the end.

This also goes with sektor and mavado. Mavado might need help with destroying the lin kuei, so him and sektor form an alliance. Perhaps in the end, sektor would want to annihilate the whole red dragon as well. I see sektor killing mavado at the end, and taking the dragon medalion, which of course, does what it does to make you stronger. This also could be vice versa. Mavado could probably re-program sektor at the end to go after whoever he wants. Perhaps the special agents?

And speaking of special agents, its possible for them to form an alliance with subzero. Afterall, sonya has been trying to get rid of the black dragons, so i see her trying to get rid of the red ones as well. If smoke returns, i see him helping subzero to.

Scorpion doesnt seem like a guy to side with people. But who knows, he did at one point recruit on kahns side, as well as shinnoks.

Baraka and mileena seem perfect together. It is true that the trailer could possibly mean nothing, but i'm just going to look deeply into it for now. Maybe Mileena and Baraka want to go there own ways, thus making both of them angry. I forgot who, but a member from here mentioned that mileena would probably go to try and get kahn back, while baraka would just want to either kill kahn, or side with the dragon king. Thats a pretty cool reason. Apart from baraka siding with mileena, i dont see him siding with anyone yet, i'll have to think about it. Maybe hotaru or another evil villian.

I guess the vampire race will pose a threat to earth as well. Its a possibility of them siding with the dragon king.

The Lin Kuei's probably going to have problems with the Tekunin, so Mavado might see this as a way to increase their forces to eliminate one threat (The Tekunin), then backstab the Lin Kuei. Alliance and Deception all in one!

Kenshi and Ermac are a possible alliance in the next Mortal Kombat. In Outworld it was Kenshi who released Ermac of Shao Kahn's control and in return he learned the move "telekenetic slam" from him. I think that since Kenshi could speak with spirits and is blessed with his sword. Kenshi could get in contact with Ermac and deliver a message of help. Ermac and Kenshi would then team up to be the never before seen psycic duo of Mortal Kombat. Also Kenshi is not exactly a part of the Outerworld Investigation Agency. Kenshi merely sighned onto that group as a free agent just like Hsu Hao did. So Kenshi could disband from the group at anytime he wants.

That might actually work...assuming Sub-Zero does not know of the true nature of the Red Dragon, which I assume he probably does. Otherwise, very cool theory.

But I thought the Red Dragon already propose an alliance with the Lin Kuei, but Sub turned it down because he knew the RG was corrupted. I don't know if Sub would affiliate himself with Mavado, even as a last resort. I mean, he is already allied with Raiden and the Special Forces. I think out of loyalty and maybe even stubborness, he'll avoid ties with the Red Dragon at all cost.

But... I could be wrong.

Shaolin Monks and the Tekunin!! Cyrax you see, goes up to Sektor when he's alone and kicks his ass to Neptune! So then Cyrax takes control of the Tekunin to make an army to destroy the Outworld invaders... then the Dragon King comes back and like well, how many Shaolin Monks are there? Kun Lao? And one is dead? Anyway so then they meet and they obliterate the army because theres are robots with rockets and the shaolin Monk like does nothing and... forget i poAsted
