Yeah,Quan Chi's Mortal Kombat Deadly Alliance wasn't that bad in which each fighter only had one fatality comparing to MORTAL KOMBAT DECEPTION which featured two FATALITYS,Hara Kiri,Konquest mode,Tetris,and Chess,but when you really think about it for just for one patient moment moment...Hmmmm....Uhhhh..Oh yes!!!..Uh,Yeah Quan Chi's Super long,wet,and shiny Polly O' string cheese neck pump throb fatality wasn't that in which each fighter only had one fatality comparing to MORTAL KOMBAT DECEPTION which featured two FATALITYS,Hara Kiri,Konquest mode,Tetris,and Chess but when it finally boils down to the bottom line....You just have to live with the fact Quan Chi's swollen and fat neck cheese pumper Gaytality (clears throat) I mean Fatality is there and not leaving......unless you finish that swollen and white hammer neck off and call him a cab! wink

It was that bad. The neck didn't even bend. Pulling the head off would have been better. At first it was confusing, then you had to rationalize it with a, 'Oh, he's a sorcerer so yeah, that's possible.'

but let's stick to comparing DA fatalities with other DA fatalities, just for the sake of fairness to the makers, e.g. QC's neck stretch in comparison to HH's crystal laser.

Would it really have been that difficult for them to have implemented his Leg Rip Beat Down fatality from MK4? No...

Even some generic shit like throwing a skull through their chest with lots of blood would have been cooler than that crap.

OR implementing his "living weapon" from their concept art wouldn't have been so damn difficult either.

so bad that it was good. I'd take his neck stretch over over some of the more boring fatalities we have seen over the years.

I enjoyed it. It showed that there CAN be fatalities without extreme amount of gore featured. Not to mention, as much as I loved Deadly Alliance, looking at bloody popcorn flying everywhere just looked like a cheap way to make guts splatter.

I mean not every fatality needs to be as gory as they are right now. Even Sub-Zero's blackout fatality in Trilogy was cool because it kept you guessing at what could have been so disturbing to not show us kids.

Kinda would like to see more of that in the future, whether or not the fans will be pleased about it.

I thought it was a pretty original, not to mention hilarious, fatality idea. Especially when he makes that relief-after-passing-wind noise when he jumps off their shoulders. & I consider it a way better fatality than Mavado's really lame looking one.

What people fail to realize is the science behind this Fatality.
In stretching their neck like that, he severs their spine from the rest of the body.
Basically, think of a Sub-Zero Spine rip where the flesh stays attatched.
But as a Fatality, this SUCKED MONKEY SCROTUM. It should have been gore-filled after seeing his MK4 Leg Beat.
That's in my Top 5 MK Fatalities Ever.

I doubt they'd remake those in HD. I think they would have to pay EA royalties considering that EA bought the Renderware engine.

The moment you need science to defend a fatality, you just know the particular fatality is bad.
