Hey, I have been out of town for awhile..Sweet Thread!!! I can see I have some catching up to do with the new information out now. I love the theories out on this. My hopes are for Raiden's eyes to be red from his out of control anger!! A loss of composure, a voltage regulator gone bad, or a "short circuit!!" LOL!! It could happen. Here is a thought, what about the three storms merging (instead of Shinock)and now having the power of all three into one, a must to defeat the all powerfull dragon king? The change in the eyes are from the power of all three storms merged!! It's just a thought. But hey, I love the theories presented from you guys.

I would just like to point out something that you guys failed to mention.

Raiden's Bio from IGN, shows him looking just like in MK:DA with a few moderations(No cape etc.). It even shows him doing his MK:DA fatality on soemone. I believe that the Burned/Black costume is merely just an alt. for Raiden.

It seems to me raiden has burned his own ass up when he tried to electricute the DK! The dragonking looks like he's going to kick evveryone's ass,I'm still wondering if raiden's biography is based on the introduction and not the ending of the game because it will make alot more sence if it happened in the intro.

In the movie there are three characters and they are referred to as "the three storms". I apologize for not pointing that out in the beginning. Raiden's anger being out of control is my fav theory too.

Don't apologise. I thought that was what you meant but wasn't sure. He is based off them, but there aren't three storms. Although, there could be. Raiden and Fujin are elemental gods over two weather effects. Both of which happen in storms. If another god was introduced, you'd have your third storm. They could be the god of clouds, snow, rain or something.

T, good thread as always. I already gave my thoughts but I wanted to say something more, there must be an explanation to Raydens red eyes.

I know what he did and the reason he looks almost dead, but to me, it doesn’t really make much sense to give him red eyes instead of blue or white. It is almost as if he had lost control over himself.

I can see where your going with that queve which is why I think the eyes could be a result of his anger. It'll be an uncontrollable rage maybe and his anger has taken over.

illmatikk - I wouldn't regard Rain as a storm. He isn't a god.

Tgrant you have some pretty good ideas about Raiden. Are there any pics of Raiden floating around? Id like to see what he looks like now.

What if it is not real Raiden? Or if he's been posesed somehow?
