I thought they made a huge improvement on him. I thought his moves and look were preety good. His combos were good to.

I agree with you. I was anxious to play as Rain and have him back in MK, especially with his explosive new costume, but his moves were also disappointing to me.

His specials are either boring (like his spray), or they could have been much better (like his teleport).

And his combos are also disappointing for him because I hate Zi Ran Men for him. His weapon is too ordinary for a guy who looks like him. He should have had something new, or at least those 2 knives he's holding in his render.

I also don't like his Throw.

i was dissapointed with Purple... Rain as well. they could've done better with the artist....errrr kombatant, but they didn't.

Almost everyone on the site have picked up on that. However I wish Rain had some better moves. I mean he's a demigod shouldn't he have demigod like moves? .Don't get me wrong, I'm not wishing that he'd be as broken as Moloch is, let alone broken at all. I'm just saying that some of his moves are a bit disappointing.

I thought Rain was great. I mean, he could have had cheap 90 percent combos like Noob Saibot, but I digress.

For Rain, I would have liked his fighting style to be Shinto Ryu (also known as "Karate" from DA) or Jujutsu.

His weapon style should have been what he has in his render.

I think he would have been a 100 times better with those 2 things.

I liked him, particularly his moves. Only disappointment was the lack of the Super Roundhouse Kick....but I don't mind that, because of the awkwardness.
