He's nothing like Wolverine! Anyway, Baraka gets a 9 from me.

A great character that has a great design and i love his fighting style. His deadly blades and his very nice teeth makes him awesome. Playing as him is fun aswell.

Hes a great character his attitude and a good move set but the prob with him is that his story sucks he does teh same thing serve what ever master and he goes on the losing team 7.1 out of 10.His story never lived up with his character.

Baraka - 5/10 (Being nice)
While the concept of a wild, sharp-toothed barbarian with blades sticking out of his arms is unique, he has one of the weakest stories in the seies. All he has ever been is the lapdog for the main villain. Not only that, but he's terribly overrated as a character.

He's okay. Good person to use for fighting. His story is kind of stale. I agree, he's just simply someone's lap dog. The Blind follower. I do think his new rivalry with Mileena has spiced up his story a bit.
Do give him points for originality.

His story is god-awful enough for me. It's so bad that I have no choice but to discount his character design (which I also don't like) as well as his moves and fatalities (again, subpar IMO)

When MK2 came about, Baraka was perhaps the single most visually striking character in the game. But his aspirations never changed; he was always content to be a soldier, albiet a crazy one. I'm grateful that MKD showed us he had a brain and was capable of discerning that Mileena would betray him, but he needs a little kick in the butt to his story if he's ever to return. At least his fatalities have always been especially nasty.
With those factors in mind, I give him a 6/10.

When I would play MK2 back in the days, I was using him 60% of the time.
He was a good defensive character and I like his agressive style. Some people think that he is a fill in character, but I am not one of them.

I Give Him A 7/10........he is a fighter you just want to hate but at the same time love him more then ever. his story is good and his design as well.........

hes a good all round character, but he just doesnt have that "va va voom" that some of the others have il say hes 7.5/10

10/10 He's most of the reason that I keep this game over and over!!! He's a viscious brute and lot's of fun to play with. They need to give his classic blade cross signature back when he wins fights.

Once Again Baraka offered a Huge Mixture of Opinions.. He scores a 75.8 which for now is good enough for 7th Place in the Top 10 Knocking Out Sonya Blade...

It is nice to see the MK Character Team no longer being Lazy Bastards and actually giving these Ninjas their own Looks..
Well seeming as Armageddon isnt out yet i can't judge how he Plays but i like the Design so for now i will give him a 7.
