a vital part of the MK universe and a good character 10/10

I love shang tsung hes the orginal boss his mkda outfit was awesome. His soul fatalitys were always good and one of my all time fav fatalities was when he transform into kintaro in mk2. Hes moves was good and he was always strong. 9.5/10 one of the highest ratings for a great mk character.

Was never into Shang Tsung. Never saw anything special about him, never liked using him, and just never cared about him. He gets a point for the soul steal which is/was a unique idea, but aside from that there's nothing about him that interests me.

in the actual game he had some cool moves in MKDA but he wasn't able to morph...
I hope that in MKA one of his fatalities will involve his morphing ability somehow

shung tsung is an awesome character. cool villain, cool story, and cool design.
although the morphs were lost, his mkda moves were still pretty good.

Who would have thought that a stereotype could evolve in so many ways for the better? The best thing about Tsung that there are soo many different
Tsungs, but retaining one common thing: all are a slave to their beast of burden and ambition.
And who wouldn't love a sardonic, decadent spellcaster who has achie-ved and done the most in MK?

I have to shout bullshit there simply because that intro was full of shit! Lol! He was made to look weak and he is far from it! It was only done for sake of the story I guess.
Anyway, Shang gets a 10/10. He rules so much!

He's MK's main villain....despite answering to Kahn the entire time (almost the entire time) he's just the ultimate scammer, cunning, sly, slick, smart and ambitious...and not trustworthy, a real snake in the grass, someone who can be bought for the right price...and still screw you over...I love characters like this, Shang Tsung is a CHIEF instigator...and that's why I've always loved his character, he's simply amazing and it's not Mortal Kombat without him, 10/10, without a doubt.
