I say no, that's just how Shao Kahn has been since the beginning, and honestly, it isn't disturbing or even distracting AT ALL. I have never had an issue with him being *that* half naked and I don't even notice that. He has an awesome helmet and mask and some cool spikes around him and his evil aura, that's much more interesting (gotta admit I really liked his alt in MKUnchained though) then his thong.

Because I think he wears a thong under the thing that kind of covers him.

Anyway, I say keep him half naked, that's a tradition between Outerworld people anyways. Besides, he is one of the few males who actually "show" something. He looks WICKED and POWERFUL like that, it's just awesome (and yeah, you can even say sexy, a powerful sexy evil lord, the concept rocks as long as he doesn't take away his mask).

Now, imagine eye-candy Johnny Cage looking like that.

Of course, he should have some new ones, but you can't just get rid of the old costume.

Some characters are meant to stay the same for iconic purposes. Take a look at Leon/Squall, for example. Even though his costumes change, he pretty much looks the same in every game, because his looks is one-of-a-kind, and it's iconic.

Hell, even Pikachu looks the same in every game he's in.

He looks both sexy and powerful, but mostly powerful cuz even though he shows a lot of skin his physique is just too bulky and hulk-like to get horny off of, and that goes for Shirtless Johnny and Topless Kang too.

That's just me though. Other girls might experience a clit twitch when they see Kahn and Johnny, but not me, except for Kahn in his bio card cuz his body looks much more realistic there. THAT is hot!
