IF you look at the "skull" and at the picture of "Quan Chi's Throne" in the Krypt--Extras--in MKDA you'll notice that they look near as damned identical.

Im not against them killing off Khan, but i am against the way he was killed off. Shao Khan was a bad ass boss who needs a bad ass death.

I don't think Shang Tsung would be able to take Kahn's soul. Other way around is possible. But I don't see Shang doing that. I mean Considering that Kahn taught him the technique I think Tsung's power would backfire if he made the attempt.

I don't think the story would be an obstacle for Khan's return... he would have like a 1000000 excuses aqnd ways to be back..
If he is back, I don't want him as a boss... but another character like all others... It'd be nice to have him equal to the others for a change....

Although i don't like the idea of having him for final boss... he lost too much power and prepotence..

The problem with bringing Shao Kahn back...and NOT making him the boss...sort of hurts his character background.


All these years...He's been the best of the best...the boss for what? MK2? MK 3? MKT? That's if you don't want to count MKT as just a branch of MK 3. If he comes back...He'd have to be a boss...otherwise, you could never really return him back to power...it'd be hard to view him as "invincible" as he was in the past...if they just made him a regular playable character...and not a boss. The only reason it worked with Shang in MK 2 is of course...because we found out that even Shang answers to someone. Storyline wise, I don't believe Kahn answers to anyone...

Maybe a dual-bosses type thing, like MK:DA would work...but that was always easier to buy because Shang and Quan were a team.

The only other alternative is to make Kahn...like a Smoke character...do something special...you get to fight Kahn...then maybe make that a little seperate storyline, as if Kahn was just watching from the sidelines, waiting for the right time to strike...and use him in a future MK game.
