rain is a great character i think! but if he jade and kitana are not in deception then im sure they will be in mk 7

If Rain ever comes back (I never liked him and he's dead according to his MKT ending), he needs a serious revamp and another ninja (Noob or Ermac) should be dropped in exchange.

yep!rain is one of the best ninjas ive ever seen in mk!

He should come back as a hidden character but he needs to have his own unique moves and fatalities and story (unlike Blaze and Mokap).

Personally, I hate him. I made a point of making sure his ass got beaten to shit in the fanfiction I wrote, because of my animosity toward him. Should he come back in this game? Hopefully, no. But I know there a lot of fans on his side, so I guess he deserves to return for MK7. My guess is that only 6 or 7 MKD characters would return anyway, so I'll lose most of my favorites.

By the way, this "too many ninjas" argument is complete bullshit, IMO. Anyone with unique appearance, design, and gameplay deserves a chance to be in MK. Nothing pisses me off more than when people judge characters by what they were three games ago. I may hate rain and Tanya, but I don't think any character should be completely ostracized. It's like saying Subzero will suck in MKD because in MK1 he was just a pallette swap of Scorpion.

Dont hate rain cuz u have no idea what he would be like updated with MKD's graphic engine. He can turn out to be the best character with all the detail and customization the new engine can provide.

Rain could be awesome with a revamp, but I'd like to see more new Kombatants, especially more females.

even if rain does'nt make it in the kreators say that you kan kustomize your own kharacter in konquest so you kould just make him along with any other klassic kharacters we dearly miss

I think Rain should be in it, and I don't think it's really taking away from the new characters, there seem to be lots of good new characters in the game. You need the old characters too, and with more memory these days, you can bring more of the old ones in whil bringing in new ones.

The older characters have already developed a fan base so it makes sense to bring in as many as you can. The new characters have suck potential, so too many of them can ruin the game. I like the amount of new characters so far, and the quality seems good.

Yes, im definitely a big fan of him (mainly because his element is water and i liked his purple suit). He has so much potential to be a great warrior, and if they brought Ermac back, theres no reason why they shouldn't bring him back, too. Bring back the purple warrior!!!!!!

Rains element isnt water, they never mentioned that. For all we know, rain just has a few attacks that uses wheather.

YES,YES, YES and YES, Bring Rain back he was a brilliant character. Okay, so there was no real story there but so what. MOst characters that have a story are lame anyway. If you need to drop a ninja, drop Noob Saibot.

I would love for Rain to come back, as long as he doesn't have that stupid around the world roundhouse kick again.

With raiden now dead, we need another character with lightning powers so bringing back Rain for MKD would make sense.
