the news is offical and is on this site, scroll down towards the E3 pages again in the home page of this website and read it, it talks about special moves how ashrah has those moves, subzero has his ice clone, mileena has her roll and teleport kick, and scorpion has his teleport punch back, and shows a low quality in game picture of the DK and it looks stupid as hell.

No, Ahsrah has one similar move to the torpedo, but is nothing like Raydens.

We have seen she does a torpedo like attack, but she spins while doint it and she does not push you, only hits you!!!!

And yes, Rayden needs the torpedo!!!!

Rayden must have his torpedo back! As for his teleport....to be honest I never really had much use for it in the 2D games. It was too easy to predict where he was going to appear and if your oppenent was fast enough he could land a good in hit before you could get a chance. I actually never used the teleport in any game after the first one. If, and I repeat if, they do return his teleport I hope they give us options to choose where he reappears.

Ashrah stole Kung Lao's torpedo attack, not Raiden's.


I've said it about a thousand times; Ashrah resembles Kung Lao more than Raiden.

Dam slugger read what hes saying..there not back FOR RAIDEN there back for ASHARAH!! raiden hasnt even been mentioned on the lineup im about 90% sure hes not coming back for this one..he might make a show for a future mk, but def not this one..

Of course he should have them! They ruined him slightly in MKDA by removing the Torpedo and Teleport! They're his signature moves, therefore he should have them! I also want Raiden to have more lightning attacks!

you could do that (In MK3 i think?). There was teleport close, teleport far, teleport close behind and I think teleport far behind.
Also, I think it's a good idea considering that they've added death traps and hazards and such. If someone backs you into one you can just teleport out with him and follow up by throwing thier ass in it instead. So yes, it would serve a (better) purpose in this game.

I think that those moves are very cool and old school but I really wasnt that sad to see them gone in DA. I dont know of Raiden is confirmed but Ashrah seems likes she had his Torpedo move and Im totally fine by that. I think shes gonna be mental in the game
