Okay, here's how this is gonna work. I will re-post everything I've said so far AND new stuff I just found out into categories. One for "Confirmed Info Heard From His Sources" and the other one being "Likely Rumors From Around The Gaming Community".

~Early Storylines Are True~
Smoke- After the death of Frost, Sub-Zero calls upon the help of Smoke to help him combat the Dragon King's forces. Sub-Zero plans with Smoke, while hiding around an Arctic mountain. Smoke leaves on a journey to find an inside source and winds up stumbling upon an ideal chance to get information about the Dragon King. Smoke teams up with an assassin in order to help his friend Sub-Zero get inside information for Raiden and his allies. But what Smoke isn't aware of, is the fact that the Dragon King, who knows of Smoke's true intentions, has sent a spy, and Smoke's life hangs in the balance of if he ever gets any information across to Sub-Zero.
Li Mei- Li Mei's soul is put into a corpse belonging to Onaga's army, and when released, it leaves a mark on Li Mei. As time passes through the war with Onaga, the remains of that evil warrior begin to try and take control, and Bo' Rai Cho's life becomes indangered.
Noob/Smoke- Noob is tired of taking orders, and wants to become as powerful as the best, even more powerful than Khan or Onaga. Noob starts getting recruits to form an army of his own, and names Smoke as his right hand man, or a general, if you will. Smoke, on the other hand, is working for the good guys and using Noob as a way of learning information about the Dragon King and his plans on taking over the realms. Noob, who is working for Onaga, is not as trustworthy as before. As soob as Noob has a big enough army and enough power, Noob will turn on Onaga, and battle him for control over the extremely large amount of power that Onaga holds.
Fujin- Was originally suppose to make the cut, but they decided to keep Raiden in and not totally kill him.
Mavado- Was originally suppose to make the cut but VERY early on they traded him in for Kabal. Mavado was suppose to finally duke it out with Sub-Zero.
Dairou- Not much is known about Dairou except for the fact that from back at E3, he wasn't on a side > he's neutral, but the main thing about his story is it revolves around his one main objective; killing Hotaru. Because Hotaru is for order, and Havik is for chaos, they will of course, clash at some point. And lets just say that Havik needs to watch out for Dairou, because if Havik gets anywhere near close to killing Hotaru at any point, Dairou will hunt Havik down for not letting him seek his revenge to end his suffering.
Nightwolf- Expect him to be a bit of a loose cannon in Deception, and also expect the Dragon King to want his services in his army.
Havik- Expect Havik to be a very VERY close ally to Darrius. Think of them as the new Fujin/Raiden or Sonya/Jax.
Tanya- If the storyline (which I posted last time that he told me about) does infact turn out to be true and not just a rumor, lets just say you can expect to see lots more of her in the future.

~!~Likely Rumors From Around The Gaming Community~!~
- Liu Kang's Fatality: Dragon.
- Tanya's Fatality: Suppose to use her legs to do SOMETHING. Just know it's one of the best, and probably one of the bloodiest fatalities a female MK character has ever had.
- Original characters that never made the cut for the main cast will be Super Secrets.
^^^^ Those characters that he knows of are Kitana (Switched out to become a backdrop -hostage- in the story), Mavado, Fujin, Sektor, and a female demon that he doesn't know the name of. (I'm guessing Sareena).
- There was a four armed character that was originally suppose to be in the cast, but there is a rumor going around that he was cut.
- Kabal will turn out to be good.
- Smoke will turn on Sub-Zero.
- Kira will kill Kabal and Kobra.
- Dragon King survives and kills Shujinko.
- One of the original characters will die for good and never be brought back.
- Kai was once again planned for this game but never made it.

I bet Sub-Zero will die.

thanks for all the info, but i have one question; i havent been around here lately but everytime i do the decision of 3 costumes is changed 2 costumes per character every so often. whats the deal? is it three or what? if so, how do you obtain the third alt. costume? i heard some guy say he only found 1 alt. per character in the krypt, so how do you get the third one?

It's a rumor he heard that's been going around now for ages, that everyone that was originally suppose to be in the game will be super secrets. And no, those are just a handful of the ones he named. I didn't feel like posting them all since its just a rumor.

i dont want it to happen but the people that are gonna leave are most likely gonna be either scorpion or sub-zero
sub-zero becuz: smoke is goona turn on him and he'll probably kill him
scorpion becuz: supposedly he's working for the elder gods in exchange for the right to fight quan chi to the death so say scorpion kills chi and his soul will be able to rest in peace he'll have no reason to return

Dude its johnny cage, although he isnt playable, word from people is that kobra, is gonna eb like the new johnny cage, they almost have the same look, they have wayy different storys which is actually good, and the MK team wants you to really like kobra to the point where u dont care for cage nomore, Cage is dead.
And if not then lui knag is dead, he already died but they never got to use him for the new gameplay and new graphics system so they wanted to try him out.
I also heard the new shokan was cut and also heard Kai for the second time, how embarrasing was cut AGAIN. Dairou was cut from MKDA and is now in MK:D.
Chimera was a rumored sub boss, and not sure if he was cut ot never existed.
shuginko dying does make sense, after all they have a konquest mode for him showing you his past present and all other things, plus he has no official fighting styles and is old now and you do everything you can with him in konquest so why not kill him off after the game.
I know kira will not kill kobra cause he is portrayed as the new Cage, even though they have no simularities, he might take cages nun chuks as a weapon in future games, and NO his fighting style is not Karate and he does not use sonyas kali sticks. Same goes for baraka he will not have garbage ass hung gar fighting style.
that will be sindels final weapon they didnt change it, darruis will have the gaulets as his weapons, and dairou that curv sword looking thing will be his final weapon.
Jax ending seem to been changed also, as the first ideas of the game were to have earthrealm fighters trapped in earthrealm and that explains why they arent playable in this game and raiden was suppose to open the realm back up for them since he was a god, and then get killed by the DA and the realm closed again and they still stuck in earthrealm and fujin was to take his place.
But not raiden lives, the earthrealm ppl made it to outworld but are now in the jailcells which explains why they arent playable, and fujin got cut, fujin was seen on the main menu of the game where is says arcade options konquest chess puzzle kombat, and the people on this forum the MODS that went to E3 that post news on this forum asked Boon why fujin was seen on the main menu and boon laughed, of course that was old and fujin is seemed to be cut now.

well it'd make sense if people cut were put in as superunlockables... if they had a design created for them before they were cut. i just really hope sektor is in it. and mavado, he was a badass.

I have a gut feeling that Scrop and Subby wont die... I'm not sure who will... I'm just going nuts thinking who will be in the superunlockables!! Hmmmm an original will die for good. I have a feeling its going to be Sonya. I dont think they will kill Scorpion, Rayden or SubZero. Liu Kang is a zombie (supposedly), Goro is dead, Johnny Cage has died already and Kano is meant to be dead too. Only leaves Sonya. Oh or maybe Shang Tsung but hasnt he died too??? lol.
