Something I'd like to see changed

In the past MK games there were always 2 costumes and 2 color variations of each costume, but you could only use those colors if both players were the same character and costume. I've found that in every fighting game I've played the addition of extra selectable or even unlockable color schemes adds a lot to the replay value. Characters aren't so boring if you can change the appearance.

I really hope that in MK6 they let us select different colors as well as costumes like in MVC and so on. Any thoughts?
I'd like to select alt colors too, but just the 2 costumes is ok.

Yeah 3 costumes is good. I'd just like to be able to select or unlock extra colors as well. At least be able to pick the alt colors that are already in the game. Like in MKDA if both players were Shang Tsung and using the same costume he would be blue. That kind of thing. Adding extra selectable colors would be easy to do and it adds a lot to the game, especially if you have to unlock them like in MKTE.

I agree.

I would love to play as Li Mei in darker armor instead of her light pink armor.It would look coolgrin
I think this is a great idea and it's very easy to do.

We get 3 different costumes. Im more than happy. Thats good enough for me.

I believe in one of the darkstalkers games and a SF game you can edit the colors. Now THAT was cool. Maybe it was capcom vs snk. You basically select a character and edit their colors then save it and press a certain button when selecting them to use the saved colors. That might be harder to do with a 3d game though, but it would be a neat feature. Especially with online play that way your characters would look more unique.

3 or 4 costumes would be nice, along with colour variations. But you should be able to choose what colour/costume you want, not like in MKDA where the second colour would only be chosen if both players chose the same costume..

I've also always been annoyed that you can't choose whether you use the standard colours or the alternative ones in MK games... I hope they change this in MKD.

i think that will not happen because there wont be a purple Sub-Zero i think :P let him just stay blue

Even if he's playable or not I would like to see The Dragonking have at least one more extra costume than the original one he would have, one being warrior like and the other being a demonic form of costume.

Hotaru's "All-over" metal plated armor looks really cool, almost cyber looking if you ask me.

Maybe the costumes are like the ones in MK4 where there were 3 or 4 per character and u had to hold the start button or something!
