The shokan homeworld (same as edenia isn't it?), Edenia, and Zatara I believe are all still part of outworld.
I don't believe there is any specific realm for elders Gods, I think you either have to be immortal, or die to get there, so it's like a totally different plane of exsistence.. Who knows... Im thinking way to much into this.
