Yeah but it isn't just the Red Dragon who is after the Lin Kuei, Sektor's newly formed gang the Tekunin is on his tail - and I doubt they will be a push over. The Lin Kuei is in serious trouble alright

Meh, hopefully Smoke will be Sub's side as usual and the earthrealm warriors will lend a hand, if they beat the DA and DK Man they're all gona die aren't they.

I dont think mavado is the greatest threat to the lin Kuei as they have firstly to managae to kill the DK, whilst fighting with the Tekunin, and the newly Born Black Dragon, I dunno, but Mavado looks far from Badass, but that's just IMO. SuCh Is LiFe.....

They might not be as dangerous as the Dragon King, but the Red Dragon clan are still a big threat to the Lin Quei and other good guys. Mavado has beaten Kabal and Kenshi and killed (for now at least) Kano, and did a lot of damage to the Special Forces.

And, he has a very powerful and dangerous ally after MKDA, Quan Chi. Plus, we've only seen two members of the clan so far, Mavado himself and the late Hsu Hao. Who knows what other fighters in the clan are waiting for their chance to fight in MK. I've been thinking that Dairou might be a Red Dragon member, he'd suit the clan very well.

I think that Sub-Zero would get assistance from Sonya and her group, they hold a grudge against the Red Dragon because of what Hsu Hao did to their base.

Cyrax would obtain knowledgeable information pertaining to Sektor since they are counter-parts. Sub-Zero could learn from Cyrax, Sektor's weaknesses and he could over come the Tekunin by eliminating their leader. I would love to see a grudge happen between Cyrax and Sektor, they could be just like Sub-Zero and Scorpion like in the first Mortal Kombat.

Sonya and Jax would definatley be hot on the Red Dragon's tail and if Kano survived he might be a potential ally for a brief moment of time. Jarek was forced to work for Sonya in MK4 and I really wanted to see that be implemented with Kano. What if the two made peace and depart with their rivalry over by bringing the Red Dragon down together?

I dont think Mavado is a threat Sub Zero is a very experienced fighter and a well deserved Grand Master of his clan and mavado is a yungin' thug its like comparin a thug to a mobster. Plus Kano is a wus and kenshi is blind so.....

Since when has Mavado been some sort of MK killer? Mavado is Mavado, a newbie introduced to MKDA, who was really crappy as a fighter and nothing more. Mavado is the leader of a little crap clan and Sub-Zero is the leader of a great clan who has been around since MK1, plus they are professionals, where as I look at Kano's and Mavado's groups to be just low life groups(not clans) with some skill.

Sub-Zero's only real problem is Sektor and his new clan. The DK is a problem to anyone who is against him whether they be good or bad.

the main problem is that they never actually show or tell how big each clan is about. I mean to me the lin kuei looks really small cuz they never talk about any of the other ninjas. the same goes for the red dragon, black dragon, and tukinin (spelling?)

Well the Lin Kuei I think is big. You got different Sub-Zero's coming from there, along with Frost, Smoke, Cyrax and Sektor. I also recall the clan that Scorpion is from was made by an ex Lin Kuei warrior. One thing for sure is that they are highly skilled and professional.

Where as Kano's group is definitely not the highest on the skill level. Kano is proof enough, with his cowardly acts and his death. Mavado's group seems good but not up to par with the Lin Kuie yet since they have seem to pocess major skills in all kinds of styles/elements.

Just all my opinion, but I'm basing my opinion on events and facts so it's not totally just fan favorite opinion.

Sub-zero is lin kuei.... i dont know what lin kuei mean but it sounds better than ninja... and ninjas are bad ass.....sub is also the grandmaster....he took that spot by the way....he is bad ass....mavado has to swords....and 2 bungie cords....no contest....
oh and what the hell is the Tekunin? i have never heard of a cyborg that takes order's to lead (give orders) to any one....dont u remeber sub did beat cyrax sector and smoke in 3? he has a cool amulet now that makes him even cooler (literlly).... not to get on your ass but i think this is a stupid question)
