Batman is awesome, don't get me wrong but ultimately Sub would win.

Why? Because he has freezing abilities....much more elite and devasting btw to that of Mr. Freeze who is nothing compared to Subby.

What about Subzero vs Superman

Batman has got a strong martial arts background, probably very similar styles to what Sub-Zero has mastered. But there is the key word: mastered. Bruce Wayne is a master, I have no doubt about that, but Sub-Zero was born and bred for this. Saying that, however, Wayne has shown a natural talent to be able to kick the ass of those that should slap him around.

Batman hasn't met someone who can freeze things, though. Oh wait, Arnie's character...I take that back.

Batman's best bet would be his weapons, as Sub-Zero tends to go in with his hands and Kori powers. Batman could dazzle the fuck out of Sub-Zero, and if Wayne had a good strategy, I don't think it would be the biggest mismatch people are making it out to be. But my official vote goes to Sub.

Now if we were talking Sub-Zero vs. Christian Bale, I think we all have to admit that Bale would mop the floor with our beloved Chinese-with-Outworld-origins ninja.

If Batman can destroy Mr. Freeze (even Superman) he can surely destroy Sub-Zero no problem.

Sub-Zero would win. Sure Batman can beat a freezy guy and maybe a ninja but I doubt he could beat a freezy ninja.

Batman would beat Sub-Zero. That's just the way Batman's character is written. He can beat anyone with prep time.

in comics batman is invincible, he masters every martial arts, its superior to a regular human being (im not talking about metahumans, well subzero might be one easily) in that subject. you cannot possible beat his inteligence and fight skills, i you ask who might win in this game.... well i think that depends too on what kind of character batman will be, what moves he will have, weapons... speed, etc etc. we all now sub-zero but batman its an interrogant to me, i hope he uses those gadgets well so i can have my dreamed one-on-one.

Sure, most people can defeate Mr. Freeze, he's a guy with a suit and a dumb freeze gun...Sub however is like a million times more powerful.

I think it would be interesting from a martial arts perspective though, Sub was trained from birth to fight, kill etc and Batman has trained and mastered tons of styles worldwide, however not at birth...

yep, he used krytonite in that battle. superman was possesed for poison ivy. of course this all happened on a BATMAN COMIC, where everything its possible for him. i seriously have my doubts in a battle between subby and the bat.

Scorpion beat Sub-Zero twice in a fair fight. (Canonly) In MK1 and in MK4. Sub-Zero the gay cheap ass probably came up behind Scorp and froze him since he's too fuckin scared to fight his own battles.

Superman could PWN Scorpion,Sub Zero,And Batman without hardly trying given they don't involve kryptonite.

as I recall from MKDA Scorpion needs to replenish his Netheressence before he can take the risk of leaving the Netherrealm. And he can be killed quite the numerous ways: Quan Chi kicked him into Tsung's acid moat. Scorp was in the Netherrealm after that.

Sub-Zero and Batman are probably equal in strength, speed, and skill. Batman is like Captain America in that he is the peak of human strength and speed, while Subby's medalion boosts Sub-Zero's power (I think it boosts strength, speed, and his ice power, but I'm not entirely sure.)

Sub-Zero has ice, and is pretty smart, Batman has his gadgets, and is a friggin genius. bleh, these two are some of my favorite characters out there, but I think that in a fight.....Batman would win. I mean, he beat Superman with his "wimpy" gadgets, so I don't think Sub-Zero will stand up to them.

Which is one of the most shitty, annoying things ever. Don't get me wrong, Batman is a cool character, but beating the Hulk and Superman just because he has "Brains + Gadgets" is damn annoying. The thing about Batman beating Superman is that it seems so absurd that doing so under any context only diminishes him as a character.

Regular level human, peak attributes or no, should NEVER EVER be going toe to toe with gods and superhumans.
Oh, and before anyone says "But Liu Kang beat Shao Kahn!", remember that Liu Kang has superhuman abilities, superhuman strength that can decapitate an ordinary man, fireballs that blow a hole through someone.

I don't care as regards Batman vs Anyone in a videogame. That's a whole different ballgame than a story that needs to stick to the internal logic of the character abilities in order to remain solid.

So, If I was writing Batman vs Sub-Zero. Batman would be killed. Flat out. Of course, in reality, the most POPULAR or COOLER (lol) character always wins in crossovers, which is exactly why Batman whoops Supes every time they come to blows...
