The Create a Special move for MKD thread

MKDA gave us some really useful special moves in the form of Kitanas Pretty Kick and Sonyas Kiss of Death. There were also some really awful specials like Mavados Grapple Hook Strike.
Some of the new moves had combo potential whilst through multiple hits, juggling or setting up combos. Others were a waste of time and got you bruised rather than helping you out.
Id like you to come up with some new special moves for your fave characters for MKD, whether they will be in MKD. And Id like to see some of the not so useful moves being created to add a bit of fun to this.

The name of the move (state it please)
What the move does
How itll help out (juggling, pop-up etc)
Other effects (stunning etc)
The lag time (Quick recovery or not and how fast or slow)
Who the move is for and maybe why they should have it.

Move For: Mileena
Why: Mileena could use a better teleport
kick the old one was cool but I think
this one, imo, has better possibilites
and more damage. (This move assumes
that Mileena actually has the ability
of Teleportation.)
Name: Blitz Kick
Effect: The Blitz Kick move has Mileena
disappearing (With cool Teleportion
light effects) And then reappearing
behind the oppent in the air with her
feet at head level...as the opponent
turns around Mileena (ridiculously
fast) brings her right foot acroos the
left side of his/her face and then the
same foot back across the other way
(hitting with the heel this time) and
then for the final strike she quickly
brings her left leg straight up (still
in the air) sending them sailing
skyward, Mileena lands just as the
opponent is starting to fall back down
leaving an easy juggle option open.
If it connected with all three kicks
it would do somewhere between 10 or
15% damage not to mention if the
juggle option was acted upon. And if
nothing else it is an easy three hit
combo all by itself. and as you read there would be very very short recovery time unless blocked of course Then she is in trouble!
What do you think?

move: dash freeze
for: frost
range: medium
frost lunges forward (same as jax mk4 dash punch) with an outstretched hand and freezes the opponent with her touch (pretty much like the subzero ice maiden freeze mk4)
reason for move - frost has trouble with developing her kori powers which is why she can not make a direct freeze blast, and must have direct contact to freeze her opponent, or by ground freeze.
move: spiked heel
for: mavado
range: close
mavado does a quick double legged roundhouse (like a hybrid of kitanas pretty kick) to the opponents face with the spiked feet - from his fatality. the opponent staggers back and holds face as blood poors out - like several moves from mkda. the trick is though that mavado has a fast recovery from executing the move leaving opportunity to start a combo whilst the opponent is momentarily stunned.
move: cartwheel pindown
for: mavado
range: close (post popup and anti air only)
after a popup or if opponent is comming in for an air attack mavado goes to hands (like bo rai chos somersaults, but just one) and pops up feet first with his spikes exposed intercepting them and impaling them in the chest or back before riding them to the ground and then jumping off them with a somersault, retracting the spikes in his feet and putting medium level distance between himself and the really pissed opponent. (2 hits)
best used as a combo finisher.
for: frost
range: medium

Move: tail strike.
Character: reptile
Wat it does: reptile swings his hips like to do a regular rondhouse kick, but smacks his opponent with his tail instead. this could have like 3 varations: high(wich would be the one i just mentioned.)low, reptile would spin like scorp did for his hop sweep in mkda, but sweep with the tail. Juggling, reptile would uppercut with his tail. Also, this isn't really a special move, but i just thougt it would be nice if, when you were unarmed and your opponent was slashing at you, you would'nt block, but dodge the attacks. the same could be done for moves like sweeps, or projectiles like the spear. I personnaly don't think it would be that hard to program different animations.

Cool moves peeps!
Here's one of mine.
Flaming Decoy:
This is for Scorpion and is a protective expansion of his teleport. Basically, it can counter jump attacks and close range attacks. Scorpion teleports in a mass of flames reappearing on the other side of the screen. The huge jet of flames harms the opponent.

The name of the move - Hells Release
What the move does - Scorpion picks up his right leg, moves it out to his right so now his legs are more than shoulder width apart. At the same time, he drops his arms so that his lower arms are parallel to the floor and his fists are clinched. He then thrusts both arms forward and releases a white hot fireball at the enemy.
How itll help out - Perfect combo ender. A way to repel your enemy at the end of a combo, or a way to stun your enemy to move in to start a combo.
Other effects - After the projectile hits the opponent, whether he/she blocked it or not the part which was hit will smolder or smoke.
The lag time - 1 second if blocked, .25 seconds if not blocked.
Who the move is for and maybe why they should have it. Obviously, you know that this move is for Scorpion. How many of us got all excited when we saw Scorp throw that fireball in the MK:DA trailer? wouldn't it be nice to see him actually have it?

What the move does: Add electricity to fist.
Unlike the grap and shock of most of Raiden's attacks, it a punch with an added shock.
How itll help out: Cause more damage, and stun the oppenent for a few seconds.
Other effects: See above.
The lag time: If your quick Raiden can repeat, but it will take a few seconds for the receiving end to recover.
Who the move is for and maybe why they should have it: Raiden, and who else has electric attacks?
The name of the move: Bolt From Above
What the move does: Raiden disappears and reappears in midair and does a torpedo like move but instead of from side to side, from up to down.
How itll help out: Good for both attack and escape.
Other effects : Similar to the old torpedo, basically causes some damage and knocks oppenent down.
The lag time: Same as for the old torpedo.
Who the move is for and maybe why they should have it.: Who else but Raiden?
The name of the move: Shards
What the move does: Mulitple ice shards are created and thrown in all directions. Impales oppenent.
How itll help out: Good attack and defense, and may freeze oppenent for a few seconds.
Other effects: See above.
The lag time: A few seconds. If not careful, you might get hit.
Who the move is for and maybe why they should have it: Either Sub-Zero or Frost.
What the move does: Add electricity to fist.

She will somehow make blue flams burn you.
Death Screams:
She will scream and make the place shake hurting you really badly.

She will grab you by the feet with her LONG hair and start slamming you all over the place.

She will grab you with the hair and fly really high and throw to the ground.

Name:Teleport punch or throw?
scorpion disappears into the floor in a ball of flames (like reptiles disappear move) poping up behind the opponent grabbing them pulling them into the floor. you here 2 solid punches then a heart wrenching scream, the opponent falls from the cieling as scrpion comes flying up from floor grabing them in mid air and throwing them.
if blocked when coming up to grab them you would be left be completly open for anything, if connected it would do a medium amount of damage.
it probably wouldn't allow for any combo opening not for scorpion anyway
