Zha Chuan - I think that it suited Sindel great. It looks pretty much how I would have expected her to fight.

I think Capoeira would be perfect for Reptile. (I am going with his SM look here.) It's very agile and slippery and focuses a lot on using acrobatic maneuvers both to deal damage and to escape attacks. The primary focus of Capoeira is to escape attack. The offense of Capoeira is geared towards landing kicks to the head, which is viewed as using the strongest apendage, the foot, to strike the most vulnerable palce, the head. If not Kai, than Capoeira would definitely suit Reptile.
As for Reptile's second stance, I don't think he needs a weapon. His SM render clearly shows he has sharp claws that could do lots of damage if used properly. His second style should focus on doing damage with his claws, both on his hands and feet. I can't really describe it, other than, I've seen Wolverine fight this way on some games, with furious swipes done in rapid succession. It could include lots of acrobatic maneuvers like his first style with flips that would allow him to hit his opponents with all four sets of claws in the same move. Also, some bites should be included, those teeth are definitely there for a reason.
Next character: Kai.

Well, since nobody's answering, I'll do Kai.
For his main style, he should have a combination of Capoeir and Wushu. Or, he could have Capoeira Regional (pronounced HAY-jun-AL) and Reptile could have Capoeira Angola. The difference is Regional is very fast and Acrobatic and involves a lot of ariel move and flips. This is the kind (albeit modified and mixed with gymnastics) that Eddy uses in Tekken. The Angola style is lower, slower and based more on trickery and mind games. It's also freer in its jinga (the swaying stance) and allows for more hand movements that would confuse your opponent.
However, I wouyldn't mind seeing Kai with Monkey. It should be much more acrobatic than the style Noob uses in MKD, though. This way, it capitalizes on his agility and his connection with Shaolin monks.
For his weapon, I like machete, but could they at least make it look like a machete? Dual machetes would also be nice, as would Kali sticks. There is actually a style of Capoeira that uses something like Kali sticks, or machetes for the more advanced practitioners. In this case, I wouldn't mind seeing Kai with dual machetes.
So, next character: Liu Kang

snake is the perfect style for shang tsung in my opinion.. the snake in most senses is intertwined with evil, and shang tsung is damn sure evil.. also, as a martial art snake style is extremely proficient and dangerous, two characteristics that tsung shares with this art.. it's attacks are deadly and sinister and it makes alot of sense to have tsung practice an art like this.. next up is quan chi..

Are we doing both styles or just one? I think Shang Tsung should also have his straight sword from DA, he owned with that thing.
As for Quan Chi, I think he should keep Escrima and dual broadswords. He also had Tang Soo Do but I don't know much about either style, perhaps someone who is more educated on the matter has something to offer.

Rain is fine with Zi Ran Men IMO. He just needs to have dual daggers instead of Storm Sword. If he has it in his versus screen and in his render, he should have it in game.

lol, hmmmmmm Raiden............well I think that the staff should remain a move set because Raiden's staff is one of the most known things Raiden has.....and i would like to see him keep Nan Chuan because it fits him very well......the only problem is that its so well known...so maybe a comprimise......with something similar to it like mantis.......

i'd like to see havik use monkey kung fu.. my reasoning for this is that some forms of the monkey style are defined by their off-balance movements and chaotic nature.. the jerky movements are used to deceive the enemy into beleiving the martial artist is not capable of much, also in a select monkey form, a certain area of the body is left open for attack, therefore the enemy will naturally attack that open spot, and when they do the monkey strikes, catching the enemy completely off guard.. monkey seems to fit havik well, though i did like noob using it.. noob used more of a tall or a wooden monkey form, though.. next up... baraka

Shaolin Fist and Mantis, he is a great martial artist and deserves both these hand-to-hand styles. Shaolin Fist suits him 100% and Mantis is also a great option for him, he doesn't need a weapon he is the weapon!
